Player Injuries

Our situation regarding the above has improved immensely since Gerrard and his team arrived.

Its maybe a much overlooked fact that our players are not as injured as much as previous squads under previous managers.

Recovery times seem to be much shorter now aswell, and injury reoccurrance is at an absolute minimum.

Better training? Better staff to deal with it? Tougher players?

Combination of these two IMO.

Think it’s all sports science related, and with that we can give players individual programs if maybe they’re more injury prone etc
