I can't remember feeling like this in over 40 years of supporting the Gers...so WTF must players like BF, CC, etc be like (and big Davie Wier come to think of it)? These guys must have gone through umpteen different torture sessions...in the head as well as the body. How many nights sleep were lost before key games along the way?..where did their bodies find yet another burst of adrenaline when it didn't seem humanly possible?.. Game after game they found themsleves faced with matches of ever increasing importance... Faster and faster these matches came as the season progressed.. Then we were hit with a plague of key injuries Then the SPL injustices... Did they surrender?... DID THEY FUCK!.. So the history books will say that we won 2 domestic titles out of 3, with us 2 matches away from a historic quad...all in Walters 1st full season back! It's easy for us all to think of our own (all too recent) expectations and feel pissed off that it wasn't more..but I am proud to clap these guys...their efforts should be applauded...
