Zander222 0
That was a stunning performance, arguably the best of his career. His return of serve was unbelievable and he served well too, winning all his service games. Del Potro, his 1/4 final opponent, has won his last 23 matches but I fancy Murray who has already beaten Del Potro this year.
Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
Was an excellent display of tennis, Murray is improving all the time and is now gauranteed to be number 5 in the world after this result. And congratulations to his brother also who has made it into the semi finals of the mixed doubles at Flushing Meadows him and his American partner Liezel Huber beat the number 2 seeds. J_RFC87 761
He utterly destroyed Wawrinka last night as the score suggests....I'm not saying anything more before getting too far ahead of myself... Del Potro will be very difficult
Chookes 21
I was shattered last night so I didn't stay up to watch it. I'm really gutted now, seeing as it wasn't even a long game. Congrats Andy.
Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
Jamie Murray is through to the final of the mixed doubles, is he going to win another grand slam tournament before Andy even wins his first?
