Blue Stars Bearette 1
Glenn Roeder has been sacked as manager of Championship strugglers Norwich. A statement on the Canaries website said: "Norwich City today confirmed the contract of manager Glenn Roeder has been terminated with immediate effect." blyth 3
A truly awful manager, his pre and post match interviews are nothing short of embarassing. Also, his constant praise of David Marshall when he was making some terrible errors (against Derby at home for example) was quite strange but summed him up perfectly. docspiderman 1,234
How many clubs have sacked him and why did he still get jobs?
Mike Newells Sexist Army 2
How many clubs have sacked him and why did he still get jobs? Clubs always seem to go for experience, even if it's shite, over giving a younger manager a chance. Brian Robson always gets a job somehow as well. Linfield 0
Nigel Worthington perhaps to replace him
flyingkipper 4
Worthington's already had his chance there though? Found myself on the Ex-Canaries website last week. Fascinating to see how many players and managers have passed through that club at one time. Had to laugh at whoever it was on Sky Sports News yesterday talking about this, saying Norfolk people deserve more respect than Roeder gave them, as they're "special people, they're different from the rest". Cue a load of Partridgeisms...........
ManchestGer 347
You'd think he would have looked at a different job by now, but then again clubs always seem willing to pay him
