Jimfanciesthedude 24,613
remember when rangers were 80mill in debt and paying out ridiculous wages to earners like de boer, shota, amoruso, etc while rangers were brasset then we were told that the club was comfortable paying the debt interest short term while a long term solution was being worked on (ohn mclelland era) then big eck could only deal in bosmans basically i.e capucho, emerson, berg etc who would have all still commanded a hefty wage bill ON TOP of de boers, big amo's and shota's etc then SDM came out and basically gave rangers 50 million which took us back down to 30million at most why was it back then that after the 50million input the club were back to being financially secure and in a very god trading position etc fast forward 4-5 years and we are the SAME amount of money i debt, but surely we have a smaller wage bill than back then, yet apparently were in financial meltdown and we have to flog the family silver there must be something more to this than we know, unfortunately murray and smit are the only 2 that know is this murrays revenge against the big-head 4 that forced le guen to go

Cameronian 0
You only have to look at the current value of shares and witness their downfall under Murray's stewardship to see how Murray's fiscal acumen works. But fear not. I can confidently predict that when season tickets become renewable, there will miraculously appear more pie in the sky from ol' smoke-an'-mirrors himself. Who knows, maybe a new stadium; a casino, maybe, a hotel, even, jobs for thousands....?
