  1. Fowler 4/1 with William Hill looks tempting. Think conditions could get to him tho
  2. Commentary on sky is gash a lot of the time. They constantly repeat the same things eg left handers having a good putting stroke. Azinger or Darren Clarke probably the best. Where is Monty for commentary?
  3. Not sure mate, but higuain posted a video saying goodbye to him on twitter before deleting it. Alves also said dybala needed to leave juventus to improve. So signs pointing to him being shown the door
  4. Dani alves supposedly close to joining man city. Could even be done tonight
  5. IIRC was it not McCoist that said he wouldnt cut it at Rangers? And then he went on his blistering run in Europe.
  6. Looking at the early odds for this, Mayweather is 1/6 and McGregor around 5/1. Mayweather will have ko'd him out within three rounds.
  7. Finished one place below where they were last year and got to a cup final, their first since 2003. They've not been most pleasing to watch at times but fuck me, they are a small club who are trying to act like a big club
  8. Not put one on yet, fancy Bubba this week though. He has good length off the tee and can keep it in fairway when It matters. Just needs a hot putter and he will be right up there.
  9. Hazard has suffered a fractured ankle today with Belgium. Surely at least six months out? Early advantage to Man City in title race for next year
  10. Sanchez prefers to join Bayern Munich over the likes of Juve, Man City & Chelsea supposedly. Juventus now going after Di Maria as an alternative to Sanchez. Glad Celtic missed out on Salonke, think he could be a very good player in the future.
  11. Don't think so mate, he's said he wants to leave and PSG seem to pay over the odds on most players. Probably can use the 70 million to reinvest in new players.
  12. Simon Murray to Hibs, Dundee United preparing for another few years in the championship
  13. Theyre selling Simon Murray to Hibs, Prepare for permanent mediocrity Thompson
  14. Haha even so, the pulling power of these teams wouldn't attract the quality needed
  15. He's just left Dundee. Didn't do a bad job keeping them up, Hartley should've been given longer there though. Dundee and Hamilton will be scrapping for the drop next year I reckon
  16. Seen nothing in this game which has shown me the winner won't go straight back down.
  17. Sir Walter obviously hates Sunderland like a few do on this board
  18. Rodgers will defo get the backing after this season, how much remains to be seen. I know theyve been linked with Salonke from Chelsea, and Lucas Leiva also. They will also have Toure off their wage bill next season im sure?
  19. Mate, there is at least 20 better GK's in the world. How he is England number 1 is beyond me. Fraser Forster and Jack Butland are better and more consistent, and the Pickford lad is coming through at Sunderland, he will be knocking on the door soon.
  20. Regular and Champions League football. I think EPL teams may be put off due to his injury record recently. If he stayed fit and moved up here he would be a very decent signing for them.
  21. Never rated him, makes so many mistakes. He has had 2 good games off top of my head, vs Dortmund in group stage in 2013 and Barca in knock out stages a couple of years ago. That being said I can see Everton bidding for him, they are probably the best English team which defo needs a new GK.
  22. I think out of them Roberts and Toure will stay. Rest of them id say youre pretty spot on with. Side note, Celtic being linked with Delph this summer.
  23. They did well against City home and away to be fair, outclassed vs Barca and Monchengladbach as you'd expect, I know they got a point in Germany but they really should've been beaten. Hopefully we can stay in touch with them next season until December and both of us pull away from the rest of the league, Rodgers then gets taken by an EPL team and they replace with a dud. Thats our best hope for next season as things stand.
  24. Half decent Champions league campaign is probably all he missed this year. Celtic fans deluded thinking he will stay for 4 years, another season like he's had next year and he's offski. Sad times though that clubs size of Rangers/Celtic are stepping stones to likes of Southampton, Bournemouth, Crystal Palace etc.
  25. He definitely would take it, Celtic is his stepping stone to get back to a decent job in EPL
