TopCat 4,511
I was impressed with the way we dealt with so many corners. Big Bruno was outstanding. We would have conceded at least one of those last season so it's very satisfying that we maintained a clean sheet despite facing 6 or 7 corners on the bounce. Set pieces are so important in the modern game so hopefully this is a wee sign that we have worked on tightening up at set plays - corners in particular. TMB 14,167
I remember Tavernier picking up his man at the near post and heading it clear. Next corner that came in Wes just grabbed it. We looked a lot more confident last year was a fucken shambles.
Alves70 393
Looking at what some of the Nottingham Forest fans have been saying on twitter it's not hard to see why Rangers were so bad at the back last season. Pretty much word for word what was being said on any Rangers forum 12 months back. They've lost more set-play goals than anyone in the league so far which is not really shocking to say the least. siddiqi_drinker 14,635
Most of the corners conceded were down our left. The Candeias / Tav pairing on the right is working but we need something similar on the left. A cardboard cut-out would offer more defensively than Windass
