  1. I'm kinda enjoying this, it's nowhere near what I would like in a ideal world but it's his first match with pretty much the same squad so it could be much worse. Back to RTV for half time, but still laggy and Lewis reminds me of methodole mick at times.
  2. Pretty much they are doing great if goals didn't count. I think I'm sticking with it.
  3. He was mid way through saying that when Raskin hit it. I laughed more than celebrated when it hit the back of the net.
  4. This is why I avoid match day threads, but as much as I don't post I love this forum. The Yaaas stuff either spoils goals or you end up getting excited about goals that have already happened.
  5. Sorry, it's on my IPTV provider. Still behind by the look of things and why I normally avoid match day threads but great again from Sima.
  6. Lammers looks like he expends alot of energy to move slowly. Had to switch to Hibs TV as Rangers TV link stream is behind and laggy, commentary isn't too annoying so far and Tam and Lewis aren't much better.
  7. Expected that line up, some may have written off the league and were wanting more experimentation but it's too early for that imo and obviously Clement as well.
  8. Like a few others, i also wanted Muscat. I think it was mostly because I was so bored and wanted something different, but I'm very happy with this as managing to get someone with that CV to come to Scotland is impressive. I'm not anticipating massive changes, especially early on. I know some want certain people binned, but I'm not convincied he is going to look at the alternatives and pick them instead.
  9. Not overly happy with that team, but it's not quite the stage to start experimenting.
  10. He had lots to lose, if he massively changed it tonight and we (very likely) still lost then he's now blown 3 expected points, dented our European hopes and financially damaged the club. It's boring that he went for more of the same, but it exposes the players for not being good enough.
  11. Also missed it due to work, but might have been for the best. I'm fully expecting it to get worse before it gets better so not overly surprised at tonight. Would like a manager in that has no connection to these players and is willing to be ruthless, but picking the best players could likely mean they pick the exact same players until at least January but more likely next season.
  12. Been watching a few reactions videos to this and I agree it is mistake ridden at the very least from most of the VAR team, but saw a few using this as an excuse to ditch VAR which I don't agree with. We need more technology and less people, but that might be where the objections come from. Without VAR it's still an offside call and no goal, but one the linesman takes the heat for instead of the VAR team.
  13. Was just about to ask as the latest one I can see is the Motherwell game. Still surprised someone spent £275 on a Dessers top even if his was the lowest bid. I wasn't aware of that site, could be a shout for gift ideas. The worn part is off putting though.
  14. I couldn't make it to the end of that video. I know some need to be vent but to Butland though, after he was good enough to even engage
  15. Do agree that many of us will be torn. For the sake of the season and him personally you want him to do as well as possible, but also worry he will get the rest of the season or longer. Saying that, if he gets at least a double would it be that bad? This might not matter if a fulltime replacement is imminent, but not overly confident the board are that organised.
  16. Muscat seems the most realistic. No interest in an "A lister" as the majority wouldn't come to Scotland and the ones who would accept would want a huge salary and if they made an arse of things sacking them might not be affordable.
  17. Glad he is gone, but do think we need to be patient or prepared to be underwhelmed by any permanent replacement.
  18. Quite happy with this, will be interesting to see if there is someone lined up or if they could be around for the rest of the year. After weeks of anyone but Beale, hopefully we don't get endless whinging about the interim team.
  19. Just being realistic, we have wasted so much money recently so feel better either isn't affordable or they look at that squad and the money they will have to spend and pass.
  20. Reaching the final gave me mostly great memories, wishing that away is a strange take. I also don't see how it would make things better now, financially we would have been worse off so likely falling even further behind.
  21. Realistically, with the current squad and injuries the only managers likely to say yes are SPFL ones looking for a temporary pay rise.
  22. That's pretty much my view as well, especially after wasting so much money on sacked managers and underperforming players. I like Muscat, but many are against "projects" Potter is too expensive and I'm also not a fan. Clarke is a hilarious suggestion (that I personally wouldn't be happy with) as there is no chance he accepts. I still want Beale gone though, but don't see any obvious solutions unfortunately.
