I'm surprised the board have sanctioned a £7 million signing but I am delighted.
Holding on to Morelos and bringing in Kent could be huge for us this season.
I think Gerrard now has all the tools needed in our squad to topple celtic.
It's alright having the tools you need to know how to use them.

Apart from that, he hasn't looked to be one for shitebaggry. Maybe overwhelmed by the occasion and having to face gnasher broon for the first time thinking he's a toughy when he's actually a shitebag. Probably couldn't believe that's how we play the gme up here.
Amazingly though, we let that cunt stroll the game. FFS, does it take a winger in Ryan Kent to batter the cunt? Arfield should have taken the responsibility and been all over him. I would have thought Gerrard would have him covered with all the tactical shite.
The cunt was straight onto Alfie when he came on to wind him up. That cunt needs targetted and sectioned
Fixed that for you.

ONLY Dave sanctions key appointments, not Allan. Allan and other key snr management may recommend key appointments, but that is where it ends.
The circumstances of how the appointment came about is not as per the rhetoric for very personal and confidential reasons, as I alluded to at the time, not that it matters much, as the end result is the same, but it WAS and always will be Dave who sanctions every team manager post.
Not asking who sanctioned the signing of the Manager but who brought him in .As you have said in your answer your not for telling for personal reasons that's fine

King is a big Liverpool fan, more than he is a bear, and was down for Liverpool champions league games at Anfeild when it all came about and they discussed it further and Gerrard went away and thought about it, got certain assurances and said yes .
Thanks for your input but I'll still wait for Blue Avenger to answer

Blue Avenger says neither King or Allan brought Gerrard in so think I'll wait for him to get back with his answer.

Our money he got to buy players. 50,000 fans week in week out, we sell all our tickets every allocation we get , Maybe that's the reason ?
My question was directed to Blue Avenger as to who brought Gerrard onboard.

Gerrard will get us there in spite of the board.
BTW, neither King or Allan went after Gerrard, but his name alone enhanced our brand, but the bumbling board are doing their utmost to undermine that in their incomptence.. I'll leave it there!
Can you tell who brought Gerrard to the club?

Then the article is wrong. Avoidance cases materially never involve penalties.
Well it is the Record not like them to be wrong.

Probably get appealed further. In any event, there will be interest, but no penalties.
It is mentioned in the article that interest and penalties have still to be added to the 450 million unpaid tax.

I think Dunks a decent player for Brighton. Maybe not worth that amount though.
Well that's them needing a new centre half maybe they'll want to take Goldstein after playing a full season with no health problems.

Was there yesterday. They are selling a T shirt in their ladies range which is green and white hoops but with the Wimbledon badge. Seen a few wearing it around the grounds. That's what you'll have seen. Never seen any football tops. Wimbledon far too classy for that type of thing.........
Tims are not noted for being classy.

We pretty much sold out every home league game last season
That maybe the case but if we have unsold seats how can these not be sold to the 14000 on the waiting list?
-
We have c5000 unsold seats around a 1000 for visiting league teams allow another 1000 for segregation .That leaves 3000 unsold seats are these needed for Cup/Euro matches if not we should not expand until we sell these seats.

When they added the extra Bar72 seats you had to pay 3 years up front. Back then was about 900 per season per ticket so 2.7 up front. So it's been done before.
also
when we did 72 we were then supposed to do the same in the Copland and Broomloan. Three more rows with two bars. They could still do that, would give around 12-1500 seats, total, if I remember correctly.
It's around 500 per stand so just 1000 extra seats
