  1. I refuse to get into such a futile debate. Perhaps I shouldn’t have quoted you, but like @graeme_4 said, it was an outrageous comment, so I did.
  2. The bit where you said our squad wasn’t any worse than last season.
  3. Each to their own, but this is wild.
  4. It’s in the same mould as the Jota and Carter-Vickers deals. £6M and £7M or thereabouts on converting their loan deals to permanent ones after initial success. You could even throw the boy from Benfica in there, Bernardo. Has he signed for them on a full-time basis? When you compare that to our £6M investment in Danilo, purely for example purposes, it adds to the frustration.
  5. Very frustrating. It’s difficult to see them spent nearly £10M on one player while we start the season with Lawrence and Wright. We can call the fee excessive and suggest that converting a loan deal to a permanent one doesn’t represent improvement, but that’s just blind hope. As if they weren’t already on the front foot, his return is another boost. Imagine we had just won the double and the young loanee who had arguably won us the league and definitely won us the Scottish Cup was returning. Like I said, very frustrating, especially given he’s a proven entity.
  6. Cutting the grass while listening to a 55 playlist, getting into the presbyterian spirit and decided to check their score during a break. 1-0 up in under 5 minutes. Pish.
  7. I don’t make it a habit of watching their games, but if we moved the ball as quickly and pressed as collectively as they have today, I’d be delighted. That’s a managerial issue, in my opinion, and it pains me to say it.
  8. ”That’s a Brendan team”. Referring to himself as the third person is new levels of arrogance. We’ve nobody to blame, but ourselves. We’ve given this mutant a platform.
  9. Decent result for St Mirren. Found every of their supporters I’ve ever met to be a weirdo, but credit where it’s due. A Killie fan I know went to Begium for the Cercle game and be posted a picture on his social media of him with Billy Bowie, their chairman, in what looked like a square, drinking pints in Killie tops. Imagine Bennett in amongst the travelling Bears in Europe.
