I have a good connection, 4 bars at all times on COD and host quite often.

There's something wrong with my live. Very wrong. It's whenever i'm playing online, it's pauses every 45 seconds for like 2 seconds. It sounds like nothing but if you are about shoot someone, or 1 on 1 on goal, and it pauses, it's a fucking pain in the ass. I'm using an ethernet from laptop to X-Box if that helps.
