I'd just like to say thank you to everyone who came along to support the group last night, it was another memorable occasion and we raised plenty of funds to help create more displays next season. A special thanks too must go to Nacho Novo for not only attending but staying for most of the night to sign books, pose for photos and talk to the fans. He also made a kind donation to the group which is a fantastic gesture. A true Ranger.

I think Bougherra is a better defender and all-round footballer than what Liverpool currently have.

This time 2 years ago i was on the bus heading from our hotel in Liverpool to the City of Manchester stadium. Don't think i'll ever forget the feeling of stepping off of that bus in the brilliant heat thinking that it was going to be the greatest day of my life. Cheers for the info Stoke fans, you are more than welcome here. I'll definitely be going down to this if it goes ahead, love the away pre-season game. Always a real party atmosphere like the Emirates was last season. The Rangers travelling support are not troublemakers, there is very rarely any trouble. Manchester was a complete one-off and those involved are not the same fans who travel to away games. Our reputation for causing trouble is a myth created by the media in this country.

Nope. We are participating in a pre-season tournament in Australia then playing one home and one away friendly against Premiership opposition. That's it for pre-season.

It's all going to depend on how he, and Algeria, perform at the World Cup. If he has 3 good games and Algeria qualify from the group then i can see him being a target for the top clubs like Barcelona and Sevilla. He'd fit their criteria being a composed, footballing defender. A bad World Cup though and he will probably end up in France for a reduced price.
