Leave Cuellar where he's at, he made his choice. I'll be the first to admit he was a great player for us, did very little wrong and put his heart and soul into his defending. But he decided to leave us, and now he's at Villa, end of story!

Don't feel sorry for Weir, he knew what he was doing the moment he inviting him to lift the Trophy. As for my vote, I think Ferguson deserved a part in it, as mentioned he did captain the team the majority of the season and the seasons before it. I still think he's a bit of a moaning cunt and should encourage the team, but he's done his part for Rangers.

Definetely. The answer to it not disrupting play is an obvious one, continue play until goal score/out of bounds then a replay can be seen for a final decision. If all the players/managers/refs all expect play to continue until such a time, nothing will be disrupting and people can't dispute the "oh I thought play had stopped". It definetely needs to be introduced though.

The game has changed since his reign in our 9-in-a-row years. He fails to adapt his tactics and bring through youth. For these reasons alone he should step down after this season. The question does remain though, who to replace him?
