Not one goal from open play.  Disgraceful, Mcinnes has Gerard’s number.

I dont even know if it is exclusively McInnes...I am sure Livingstone done it first...

Sit deep, double up on the wings, especially on Tav and Candeais and we really struggle.

We never look to drive at opposition players in the middle of the pitch, we were so predictable tonight it was painful!

With him missing, we relied on Ejaria and Coulibaly. It's proof we don't have the strength in depth required to take this league. January is a golden opportunity to bring in the creative attacking midfielder we sorely need. One last dip into dodgy Dave's warchest, send Sadiq back and bring in someone like Solanke on loan and we might nick the league. Kent and barisic coming back in won't do any harm either.

Jack wasn't much better to be honest mate, but you are right about strength in depth...the only other options available tonight were to bring on Halliday or McCrorie and no harm to either of them, they are not the type to change a game!

A fit Graham Dorrans might have helped but I think we do need a quality number 10/attacking midfielder, one that isnt a winger!!

STop blaming players that aren’t on the park

Whilst I get the point you are trying to make, it doesn't make what I have said wrong...

I said that his absence hurt us tonight...do you not agree?

I also said its another example of poor discipline preventing us from playing our strongest team, again I don't know how you can disagree with that, as he would have almost certainly played tonight if he was available for selection.

Arfield cant be blamed for tonight performance but he is 100% to blame for not being available for selection.

Morelos - cant be trusted to keep his head, learn from his mistakes and take responsibility. He is a cracking player but we cannot keep him if he refuses to stop his petulance and actually screw the nut.

Sadiq - the invisible man had one chance didnt quite take it and I dont think we will see him again.

Lafferty - Didnt want him back and he has shown why. Wasnt good enough the first time round and nothing has changed.  Hopefully this puts an end to the 'Get Big Laff on' squad. Tonight was about as bad a performance ive seen from a striker. He offered nothing apart from giving away stupid freekicks.

Whilst I agree that we definitely need another option, no amount of strikers would have made a difference tonight, chasing balls into corners or competing for lumped balls into the box!

We sat for for long periods of the game watching Jack pass it to Ajaria...back to Jack...back to Ejaria...sideways to Goldson...only for goldson to and switch it out wide.

The manager isnt blameless tonight, when Aberdeen went to 10 everyone in the stadium could tell that they would just sit back and hope to defend long balls and high crosses into the box and thats exactly what we done!

  5. As a fan base we really are horrible to our own at times!

Greg Doherty was a stand out in a very poor Hamilton team, scoring goals and providing assists against the teams we play week in week out. He was brilliant for Accies and had a good few games for us before being dropped but I dont understand why so many have written him off?

It seems like the longer a player is injured the better they get but send them on loan or sell them and they were awful...

In my opinion Doherty is a better player than some we have at the moment and as has been suggested before, if Halliday can turn it round, then there is hope for everyone, especially Doherty, who wasn't exactly hounded out like Andy was.

  6. So they buy official hummell gear, money goes to hummell...

They then add a few pieces to it, their emblem/badge, and then sell the tops as complete items...

I dont see what the issue is?

Is the guy running the company taking a salary, how much tops are being sold, whats their turnover?

People crying about where the profits are going, how much profit is their exactly?

I'll leave that up to my boy. He's the one who uses any tickets that come our way. I'm a part time away supporter. I did get a semi-final ticket but that's a different set up.

Defintiely doesnt sound right mate, they normally make sure everyone has had at least 1 before anyone else gets a 2nd

Ryan Jack’s best games came with McCrorie in the team

I will have to take your word for it mate!

McCrorie only made his debut mid September (at CB) and Ryan Jack got injured in December, there would only have been half a dozen games where they both played in the same team but I suppose they could have been the best games Jack has played?

  9. Who wears an armband is of little importance right now.

People who go to the games will see Tav speaking to players, ordering them around and cajoling them. There are players in that team who have been captains of previous teams, including national teams, so i dont see what difference it makes having someone else wear an armband.

Tav always carries himself well and is a model pro im my book, I dont have an issue with him being captain.

We'd be a fucking laughing stock.

    It’s better than,

”Gerrard you’re the one, you still turn me on....the league flags coming home again”

    And thousands sing that!!

  11. I sit in GF1 and it looked like it was nothing at first glance until Katic went down and McGregor came flying over going mad and them him and Flanagan were having a go at the linesman and the ref.

Nothing will come of it though.

  12. Both are good in flashes, which you would expect from young players who, to be fair, haven’t actually played that much first team football.

I don’t think either should be starting and playing 90mins every game but of the two I think Ejaria looks like he has the ability, he just needs to get used to the physical side and cut out the fancy flicks and touches when a 5yard pass will do.

  13. I think Ryan Jack and, if he ever gets fit, Jordan Rossiter are those players!

Coulibaly wins the ball back loads but he gets box to box, although I didn’t notice he sat back a lot more last night.

At times you just need to put your hands up and realise that against a good team, they will have the ability to hurt you.

  14. Tav is one of the first names on the teamsheet for me and he deserves it!

We all know his defending isn’t as good as his attacking but people blow it way out of proportion. He’s not a terrible defender.

He is quick, strong, good in the air, very good on the ball and has a terrific delivery, there’s a reason why premier league teams are sniffing around him.

Over and above that though, he constantly talks throughout the match, organising people, encouraging people and you can see the players respect him.

People are saying we need better to challenge celtic but he would walk into their team and is better than right backs we’ve had recently who have won trophies ie Broadfoot, Whittaker, Foster...

If a good bid comes in it would make sense to sell him but I wouldn’t be in a rush to sell
