Was just wondering about one of the songs the blue order have been singing of late. I sit in the broomloan rear so while im nearby, its tough to make out the words but its a sort of question answer/response thing where i think one half sings then the others call back. You need to do certain courses as part of your teaching diploma and have the approval of a priest to work in a RC school, glasgow uni does these courses while Jordanhill does not. It is therefore generally understood that those interested in RC teaching get the prioroty there. In saying that my mate is a good prod, works in a nondenom school, though studied at glasgow. The whole division of schools breeds contempt, that goes for all faith schools right enough. Nondenom schools teach about all religions impartially, it is part of your training to show that you can present the facts without showing your own faith. This is not the case elsewhere where they only teach there own faith and present it as the only choice. That cant be healthy. I once spoke with a RC, they were no bigot or football fan, and perhaps not the brightest, but during conversation it came out that they left school thinking that prods followed the devil.

Dont agreed that we were a mess last night, until the sending of i thought we were competing well with whits and davis right in there faces, not that we looked like creating mind but neither did they. I thought Davis was one of our better players, dont want to lay all the blame with Edu, but Davis cant do it himself in there, especially when they are much improved in this area.

Having watched the press conference he was asked about learning from walter and was simply telling the story of how burns had told him to make sure he was taking notes and went on to mention how he would have been happy for him. He hardly went out his way to bring him up. Pathetic nit picking

Regardless of which side he plays, as long as he insists on only going onto his right side he will be ineffective. The defenders know after ten minutes exactly where he is going. Try and beat them on the left foot once and even if you lose the ball at least it puts some doubt in the defender about which way you might go. Far too predictable given what i was told to expect. His right foot delivaries dont fill me full of confidence either, given the amount of stick i gave that cunt Mcgreedy about having no end product i cant stick up for the lad too much. I hope he proves me wrong right enough. Naisy certainly has so far this term.

never been his biggest fan but at the end of the day goals against the smaller clubs are still incredibly important. in saying that his goals did seriously dry up after new year last season without too much mention, dont know the stats but would imagine miller scored more in the second half of the season

Davis is infinately better than brown.

In fairness barry and lee played deep and mendes was pushed forward which didnt work, i think mendes is at his best when he comes deep and starts moves, seeing plenty of the ball. This might be difficult with barry demanding so much of the ball mind you. I dont see why one has to be attack minded and the other defensively so. Surely through plenty of training and games they should have an understanding where they can both go forward as long as the other covers which wouldn't be quite so easy for the opposition to read.
