Jelavic definately can't play in the Europa league. 100% fact. Could only play if we made it to last 16 of CL. Anyway, the Europa league will all depend on the draw. If we can get an easy team to start with and let the good teams knock each other out for a round or two that would be great. Then by the time we get to the Quarters we can do our usual away goals/penalty kicks win.

Great shift by the Elgin lad Did very well. Would love to see him as a regular part of the team, at least until he does something to merit being dropped.

I was very impressed with how he put his body inbetween the ball and the opposition. That way he knows he isn't going to get tackled and he'll either be fouled or he'll have time to pass the ball. Great composure.

Miller is so desperate for a CL goal for Rangers it made him greedy. Had to pass that to Weiss.

Now this is according to Wikipedia, but i think it is accurate. Steve Smith won the last award for Rangers at the very end of the 05-06 season. Before that was Stephen Hughes in 03-04. I think this tells volumes about the lack of opportunity our youngsters are given at Rangers. The talent to win these awards is undoubtedly there but they just don't get enough minutes on the pitch to stand any chance of the award. Weiss seems like a genuine candidate but with him being played out of position it seems like this drought may continue for some time longer.

Just a theoretical question but would be interesting to see who you think would step in as GK for the rest of the game? I personally think Maurice Edu would as he is very athletic and the Americans love a bit of goal tending. I bet Lafferty would volunteer aswel as he'd do anything for The Gers.

Inverness is a good protestant town, they raise there game for playing Rangers as they are all excited at the chance of playing us.

I like Edu as he offers an aerial threat from set pieces and he does really work hard. His closing down of Ki high up the pitch was a big part of the win on Sunday, especially the second half performance. He does dally on the ball sometimes but no one is perfect. Happy to have Edu in our team at the moment and i think people would start to miss him if he wasn't there. Unsung imo.

I'm nervous about tonight, don't know how up for the game the players will be and a bad 90 mins means goodbye treble.

When i saw this headline on BBC news i thought to myself, "Oh fuck, what have we done now" as i honestly felt it was going to be a report against our fans because let's be honest...the only thing people can be angry at the referee about was the fact Rangers players got physically assaulted by Stokes and Samaras to no punishment at all from the referee. Penalty didn't matter as we would have won anyway and the McCulloch incident was justice for a wrongful booking in the first two minutes. Their players actually tried to cause serious harm to ours so if any fans should be ragin at the ref it is us.

If there is any Aberdeen Bears watching the game in town tomorrow then i suggest the old school house. Me and 5 other fans are going and there is usually a few in already so the more the merrier. More in one place the better, rather than scattered out. More chance if anything kicks off kiddin.

I am always negative and play down our chances so i don't seen a win for us tomorrow. We will definately need to be more clinical tomorrow than we were versus Valencia as we will probably only get two or three chances tomorrow. Would definately take a draw as it's the hardest game in our domestic season.

Heard a few stories of people seeing Lafferty out in public and he seems like a top guy. Takes time to chat to fans and doesn't blank them. Good lad.
