Seem to have sorted it, read a few people online saying that a forced shut down solves it. Probably not the most effective way of doing it but it seems to have worked. If the problem creeps up again I will definitely try this mate. Funnily enough, the problem seemed to show up after I had to do a forced shut down the other day when my screen froze so this must have cancelled it out. I'm clueless when it comes to these things so fuck knows. Cheers for the help anyway.

Since last night I've noticed that every time I start up my laptop I'm getting a pop up saying 'failed to connect to a windows service' at the bottom right of the screen. I've also been unable to open Google Chrome since getting this message (assume this is linked to the error?) and I'm having to rely on Internet Explorer, which seems to freeze quite a lot. I'm using Windows 8. Any ideas on how to sort this?

Aye, hopefully Elfideldo can shed some light on the situation. Wouldn't be surprised if his agent knew there was some interest from down south and then advised him to turn us down.
