  1. After the efforts of Thursday evening tonight was all about getting through the tie. Not the best performance with quite a few looking heavy legged in the second half.
  2. They lost with a man down at a tough venue against a good team, it happens. Yesterday we were nowhere near good enough and lost at home with over 30 attempts at goal. We got away with one today but we were really of it yesterday with to many failures on the pitch.
  3. Reality check today. We are lacking depth coming of the bench. To many picking up silly knocks and strains that keep them out for months rather than weeks.
  4. He had a poor game but he wasn't the only one.
  5. He has looked easily beaten one to one for weeks. Soutar not much better to be honest. Today both of them were bullied by the Bair.
  6. Motherwell played well. But we started poorly and lost a real cheap goal which then set the tone of chasing the game with little or no composure in front of goal. Injuries now look to be catching up with us and we really need guys like Cantwell, Cortes and Sima back in the team ASAP. Especially with European games now back on the schedule. Lundstram and Diomande looked to be running on empty towards the end with Jack being kept on the bench he's obviously another that's one that's just making up the numbers.
  7. Disappointing to see that this type of performance is still possible when a team get in our face and press high. I know injuries aren't helping but we look really weak physically today.
  8. Goldson has been second best to everyone one on one challenge.
  9. Silva om the verge of becoming Lammers mk 2. Always a yard away from where he should be.
  10. Attacking options for the second half are getting a bit slim. Roofe, maybe good for 20 mins and Lawrence is still one of those being used sparingly.
  11. Seven corners so far l, not even a hint of getting anything from any of them.
  12. Keepers not going to be to bothered if we keep firing it straight at him.
  13. Terrible from the start today. So disjointed and struggling to make two consecutive passes

  15. From our best performance to one of our worst in a space of a few days. This was always going to be a very difficult game. So far the changes have weakened the team performance.
  16. Had his best game so far, particularly the first half when he played in a few deep crosses.
  17. Dessers is a natural number nine and gets into good positions by anticipating play waiting for the ball to come to him. Silva in the other hand uses lots of energy chasing the ball around the park. As frustrating as Dessers is, I believe he will ultimately give a greater return than Silva.
  18. Absolutely donkey when through one on one, cause you know he's heehaw chance of scoring.
