*****The Official Sparta Prague v Rangers Match Thread*****

With the options available and lack of squad depth a draw is a decent result. Keeper made some decent stops from Lammers and Danilo. -

Right back to where we were under Beale. No bravery on the ball mis placed simple passes, negative mind set. -

90 minute performance today. Best level we have shown this season for me. -

He gave everyone a clean slate, so it's over to the players today. Show the right attitude and move the ball quickly and we'll pick up three points. Anymore of the usual slow halfhearted play and it just heaps pressure on Clemment immediately. -

Undoubtedly there is a player in Tav and he stepped up today and scored when it mattered. Perhaps at 32 he shouldn't be playing three games a week and should be rested every other game with either Sterling or Devine gradually uping their game time. -

Two up sitting deep against 10 men with zero control, struggling to beat their four man press and find a player in space. -

Only time we can retain possession is within our own half. -

Lack of urgency to get a second. -
First touch like a brick wall second touch is a tackle. Fact he gets a game sums up how poor the squad has become.

Formation means nothing without a desire to win. Tonight only Sima showed any physical presence and workrate. The rest look unfit and uninterested. Ari's done the basics, pressed and closed space when they were out of possession and moved the ball forward quickly in possession. We rarely had a man available to receive a pass in the forward areas and the only times of secure possession was in our own half. We are miles away from winning anything with this mentality and lack of desire.

There was a time I couldn't imagine a starting 11 without Tav being involved. Its now so bad I think it would be cruel on him to keep picking him let alone let him continue as captain. During his press conference he looked miles away and uninterested. Tonight's performance was as poor as it gets. Although Lundstram probably just pips him for the misplaced pass of the night award. No idea what Sterling is like but he should start Sunday and get a run of games.

Only interested in taking money from supporters pocket into their coffers. Tonight's change of strip another example.

Butland must be looking at the current keeper at Manchester United and thinking I should have stayed where I was.

Makes you sick to think we had Tillman playing in his position last season. Bayern fucked us over on that one.

Board will have a hard job to convince anyone of note to come to us unless they know they will have decent funds to work with. That entire back four needs replacing along with Jack, Lundstram, Wright, Cifuentes Lammers and Dessers all being moved out.

Leaders on the pitch

All are in decline. We have younger options available that should be playing ahead of them. -
Must have been wearing sunglasses when Beale went over to look him in the eyes.
