Same players who were slapping them about also did equally as shite when it wasn't Gerrard in charge. Morelos' record in Old Firms was absolutely atrocious. Cantwell has also been criticised for winding them up too much and McCausland is a Rangers fan so not sure how the "despises them" holds any weight. It again comes down to a lack of quality. Like having the worst Rangers player in years up front, a youth at RW and a back up RB at CM. At the end of the day we lost at Parkhead by a goal with a terrible squad we were always waiting until January to fix. We're going in the right direction. Getting a bit too over analysed now. -
If you aren't showing it at 20 then you aren't making it as a key player in the team. Tillman was the same age, contributed way more and even then some people didn't think he was good enough.
-
This Correlation doesn't equal causation. Tav and Goldson are still here because there's about 7/8 other players in the starting XI who are continuously worse than them.
-
He's 20 years old, he's not 17. As posted above, he's scored 1 goal and had 0 assists in 19 appearances for us. He had a very good first 2/3 games and then done absolutely nothing since then. I don't think many people are saying to punt him, we're saying he should not be our first choice winger, and he absolutely should not be.
-
He's not the problem. Neither is Tavernier. Despite good/bad performances yesterday.
-
Going by Clement's comments in the pre-match press conference I take it he won't be involved on Tuesday either? Only joining up at the training camp?

Welcome to Rangers, Philippe Clement!

Problems today were the quality of the squad, not the manager. Tactically we were fine, issue was lack of quality up front and individual mistakes. -
He's not even that young Don't think he'll make it here, or will be down the pecking order if he does
-
He should stay as a CM and would probably play him over Jack and on his more recent form then Raskin as well
-
Yes Clawed back a massive point deficit. Lost at Parkhead, shit happens. The output we’ve got from this squad is a miracle. Add 2/3 signings in January who make an impact and I reckon we do it
-
Lammers is shite as well but Dessers is worse and it’s not even close
-
A lot of opinions I've seen out there is that Silva is best as a second striker. Whether he plays ST or SS I don't care as long as we have someone competent up front and more quality in ST, CAM, RW overall.

It's not even the sitters that he doesn't finish. We fail to create so many extra chances because Dessers is just so slow, clumsy, offside and giving fouls away that we he actively does more bad than good for us. -
Not saying he was the problem today but he's proven over the last number of weeks that he's not good enough to be in the starting position he has found himself in. Him and Dessers need to be improved upon in this window. Cantwell needs to find form or Fabio Silva will hopefully replace him too.

Dessers is wank all the time. Sima has been our best player this season. -

Still in a good position in the league. Add a couple of signings and go win this thing. We have a centre forward and we win today. Fuck today but it’s been a good month -
Fuck him and fuck every single poster on here who were saying he was in anyway useful in recent weeks. Fucking dreadful For the tenth time this season, I hope we never see him in a Rangers shirt again. There’s not a single player in our squad that I wouldn’t rather lead our line than him.

Good team, only Ridvan is the worry, hopefully steps up Go and smash them -

Bit of the fear if Yilmaz is playing, he was absolutely terrible in the last game he played. But games like this form goes out the window, will hopefully have a stormer. Just hoping Lundstram makes it -

Ah Would maybe say him over Dowell then, we wouldn't be going to Parkhead with Dowell and Lawrence sitting, so Sterling would be in there regardless I think. But yeah mad that we have 4/5 CMs that would have played out for this game. Still hoping Lundstram makes it tomorrow -

Who's the 5th CM I'm missing after Lundstram, Raskin, Jack and Cifu -
Got two good ones in Tillman and Sima already. Third wouldn't hurt
