  1. Not for me, premier league titles only
  2. Just had a look at the stadium plan and the ticket uptake is really slow.. which makes me wonder why so many have had problems in getting through to the ticket office?
  3. Why is it, that in the run up to most matches, any fans can have a good choice of seats In bf1.. what are the UB / TBO's current numbers?
  4. Won't look like that by 7pm tonight, and definitely not over the weekend. Have to remember they've only been on public sale a few hours, people have work etc.
  5. This means very little as we support the football club, which is now owned by the newco
  6. Purchased. I never thought I'd see the day where I was genuinely looking forward to seeing Rangers play East Fife, but we could be playing anyone.. The opponent is irrelevant.. We're only here to see The Rangers
  7. Still no online sale. Has anyone gone through the ticket hotline asked about this?
  8. No we're not, because we're not offended.. the point is that we've let our club get slaughtered left, right and centre over bigotry for too long and if this was a Rangers player calling a fan a fenian bastard it would be plastered all over the internet and newspapers.. but a player calling Rangers fans orange bastards and there is not a peep because we've allowed it to happen. The silence damages our club and this started under Murray and Bain. We're not offended but want a level playing field
  9. I'm glad you're not renewing your season ticket because no true Ranger has ever failed in the tradition set to him and you have just failed. Follow Follow
  10. No they haven't.. The company that owns Rangers has changed their name
  11. Think the OP is right in highlighting this. I don't give a feck for the fan being called an orange bastard, we sing a few orange songs so basically he's just calling him a bastard but.. The important factor is how different the response would be to a Rangers player calling a fan a fenian bastard
  12. Have to remember that the record Rangers hold of being the most successful domestic club in the world is for major honours won, unfortunately for the Linfield claims, semi pro / part time leagues and cups don't count towards this. They can only play the hand they've been given and they're damn good at it but they won't be classed in the same category as Rangers in the record books
  13. It would only be safe standing areas, which are common in Germany, those have been given the green light. The seats arent taken out as they are required for European matches, they are simply changed to be folded back for domestic games
  14. Can this even be possible? SPL and SFL are two seperate organizations. We were not granteed entry to be a member of the SPL and we are now members of the SFL. How can a seperate organization which currently has no links to Rangers (newco) be entitled to any £s raised by the SFL or SFL member clubs media contracts
  15. What info do you have that we don't, that suggests there is no money?
  16. No, the club or team as you put was formed before any such company's and the gallant pioneers founded The Rangers.. Simply Rangers Football Club, like it or not is not the correct / original name for our club.. Saying that, I'll be interested if the media start also referring to Celtic as The Celtic.. because that is their name
  17. It's a great idea, no issues as it has been given the green light to be explored. Safe standing areas, no tragedies, works perfectly well in the bundesliga
  18. 'The Rangers' does seem to be some sort of newco dig at us, I don't see The Celtic Football Club being referred to as 'The Celtic'
  19. The Rangers.. the club was founded as The Rangers, the name was changed to just Rangers. Many bears including myself and even Super Ally often refer to us as The Rangers. It's no real problem however.. we should be referred to as simply Rangers, the same way in that 'The Celtic Football Club' (official name) are referred to as simply celtic.
  20. Rest in peace little guy. Rangers Family
  21. Seen this on the ITN evening news, well said that chap.. had this been a BBC news report, I've no doubt they'd avoid a well dressed, well spoken supporter and grab a passer by carrying a farmfoods bag to interview
  22. There is no current TV deal in place to show our 3rd division games live on TV, unless you know something I don't? I'm sure this will be looked at by broadcasters but should a deal not be drawn up to show our games live on TV then beambacks should be explored. Loved travelling from Ayrshire to watch a couple of beam backs during the hunt for 10 in a row season. And you do have to negotiate with the home club for showing their home match. Would be similar rules to previous beam backs.
  23. This. He's a business man and although he may listen to the supporters, he'll make his move based purely on financial grounds.
  24. Totally disagree. I think you're completely missing the point as to why the Rangers support is angry towards your points. We've been kicked and battered from pillar to post and you seem to suggest this is OK because it was whyte and Murray's making. I find it difficult to comprehend a fellow bear has not noticed the hatred towards our club and the enjoyment from all parties in our downfall.
