  1. What not even this part A CVA would restrict the scope of such action. Moreover the liquidation route does not prejudice the proposed sale of the club? Your right when we get to discussing Italian law you know it has been done to death.
  2. Good picture I like that scarf
  3. What is your thoughts on HMRC/British law saying "A CVA would restrict the scope of such action. Moreover the liquidation route does not prejudice the proposed sale of the club. "This sale can take place either through a CVA or a liquidation. "So the sale is not being undermined, it simply takes a different route. "Liquidation will enable a sale of the football assets to be made to a new company, thereby ensuring that football will continue at Ibrox. "It also means that the new company will be free from claims or litigation in a way which would not be achievable with a CVA. "Rangers can make a fresh start." ? Didn't the SFA confirm the fact when they transfared our share over and told us to pay oldco footballing debts?
  4. There is not really any evidence that we are not the same club, new company running the club yes but a new club?? Im sure the owners of Napoli and Fiorentina had to pay for the right to keep the club names and even played for a time under other names.
  5. The players gave up after the fourth
  6. As a six year old who had set the house on fire after playing with matches on the Sat/Sun before, i was probably still shitting myself that night
  7. I thought that story sounded dodgy when i read it. It sounded like a Jean Claude Van Damme movie the way him and his brother were dropping them all
  8. You lost me at Celtic! And he really meant unambitious like the rest of the EPL clubs who see staying in the league as top target with maybe an europa league spot as a bonus both due to the sky millions.
  9. I agree A cynical person could link that article,Doncasters SPL is doing great and the 5 million shortfall rumor in the past week, with us trying to raise 20 mill through a share issue.
  10. When was the last time/did we have 44k ST holders? and who got the half price tickets for this season? Add that to claims BDO could still go after the chairmans Malcolm Murrays club. And talking about Bill Miller and the months old projections? Something stinks of scaremongering
  11. Not as crystal clear as the OP but it sure as hell tells a story
  12. Don't know but they will find a few RSC in Corby Birmingham(outskitrs maybe) Tbf i have never minded Villa and i have heard that as well as Archibald Leitch building there main stand that Rangers and Hearts fans were part of there founders.
  13. If the question at the bottom of that page turns out to be Southampton then it is obvious that the Saints fans are just as bad as the celtic fans for there internet activity
  14. That 100 quid return to Amsterdam would suddenly treble if it was football fans taking the trip. A trip to Amsterdam may cost that ton on a Friday morning but on a Champions League draw morning those flight costs will have risen sharply in the minutes after the draw.
  15. These should ease your fears Napoli • Declared bankrupt in 2004, a new owner and president − film producer Aurelio De Laurentiis − helped the club start from scratch in Serie C1, and they were back in the top division by 2007/08, returning to Europe after a 14-year absence in the 2008 UEFA Intertoto Cup. In 2011, Walter Mazzarri's team enjoyed a third-place finish, which guaranteed Napoli UEFA Champions League football for the following season. And Fiorentina Another Coppa Italia followed in 2000/01 but a year later Fiorentina were in Serie C2 – the fourth tier – following bankruptcy. The only player to remain at the club in its new incarnation was Angelo Di Livio. Helped by him and new ownership in the shape of the Della Valle family, they returned to grace almost as quickly as they had lost it and since Cesare Prandelli's 2005 appointment, Fiorentina have gone from strength to strength. 16. Our situation is that there is an embargo on us signing any more players for the 3rd division anyway, which tells us he is talking about long term signings.
  17. I will never forget that moment a few minutes after that "goal" when the STV camera panned to the scoreboard showing the score 0-1 to them, even McCnee never noticed play restarting from a free kick instead the centre spot. That moment was pandemonium in the hoose i watched that game Oh aye Robbo was a great player for us, seem to remember Lippi saying good words about him after our games against Juve.
  18. Fans were getting on allys back last July after the Malmo game hell some where even getting on his back before he even started the job and loads were getting on his back last December. "mutually consented resigned sacked"? WTF instead of digging his heels in over Barry Ferguson he choose to walk into the PSG job thats how i remember it.
  19. Tell me what happened then? Who worked the ticket first Murray to get him out or PLG to take up the PSG job? PLG like some fans have no heart for the battle.
  20. PLG resigned to go back to PSG so what is your point?
  21. What if we are top of the come 1st Jan league but performances away still have not improved? The way its going jusy now i would not be surprised if we didnt pick up our first away win at our second home Hampden Park
  22. So this is basically because you work with a few tims? why do you laugh if you dont like it? man up ffs
  23. He says a season and a 1/3 as if thats a long time!
  24. Of course its low. What was our lowest ever finish in the league before this season? 5th? But get over where we are and respect the teams we are playing and lets get back up
