  1. Because im playing tomorow and i wont be on here when it finally happens. Whytes promised me.
  2. I'll give you the short version. No one knows anything. Everyone's guessing. People who know people know people, and similar bullshit. No one has a clue mate.
  3. Im not weird, i is schpecial. How many bears would want to risk me chuckin all my rituals for the title run in? One season inthe last 20 ive not been able to carry out my rituals, i was living in australia bu i kept my season ticket. The season? Mcleish's last!! So again, how many bears would want me to risk giving up my rituals for the title run in....
  4. Super ally, then gascoigne. Still the most gifted player ive seen
  5. Mate if listed all my superstitions and habbits we'd be here all day! Royal mail ones an old grannies one, touch red at all costs! Except, me being me, i have to do it with both hands. The football rituals the main one tho, ive done that for 20 years, adding in the sign slap when i was tall enough to reach. Even my old man kicks the steps now, and wont go up them until his season ticket is in my wallet!
  6. Train to secc then walk it with 1276 bottles of buckfast
  7. Ive been accused of having the old ocd before because of this and many others! I cant help it now, ive been doing it too long i just cant stop now, i'd blame myself if we lost a game, a league, the toss at the start of the game.... Should see the state of me when i see a royal mail van!
  8. Its just part of my usual match day rituals: Enter turnstile to the right 1st flight of steps, kick bottom step of centre stairway. Always centre stairway and always both feet. 2nd steps, same as first. Enter toilet, wait in line for cubicle, never once needed to actually use the toilet mind. Enter cubicle, close door, kiss season ticket and talk to someone in my head, beggin them to let us win. Leave toilet, climb last two sets of stairs, again kick both bottom stairs with both feet. Arrive at seat, my old man takes the seat nearest the broomland stand. Enjoy yet another win. Centre stairway all the way down, slap the top of the exit, both hands, and away we go.
  9. Guessing this will be good news to you lads, but mortimer wont be investing in rangers, he has nowhere near enough £££ to do any serious investing, hes nowhere near as well off as park and i doubt he would invest, seriously invest i mean. As for mortimer being a gangster, now that is a good one. If you have a wee bit of cash you can get things done, doesnt make you any kind of gangster. Im more scared of my mum ffs. Can we stop posting times when the takeover is being announced, no one knows, its all guesses, and all it does is get us bears excited over nothing. Again. And again.....
  10. Not done enough, swaggers about the park like he's this wonderful talent but so far we've seen very little of it. Im not doubting he's a good enough player, just that if we was half as good as he thinks he is he wouldnt even be here. See how he goes in the run in, but as far as im concerned we would have to see a vast improvement. Weiss or diuof, we wont get both, i know who i'd rather have.
  11. Rangers 48 hours away from takover by Andrew Ellis Mar 7 2010 Gordon Waddell, Sunday Mail PROPERTY developer Andrew Ellis could move a huge step closer to becoming the new owner of Rangers within the next 48 hours. The former QPR director is spearheading a £33million takeover bid of the club. And MailSport understands the 41-year-old is the real deal after passing the litmus test Sir David Murray vowed to run over any buyer. The former chairman, selling up after 21 years at the helm, has always insisted he would never pass the Ibrox institution into the hands of anyone he felt wasn't right to run it. However, we believe Ellis has satisfied Murray and the Lloyds Banking group with his outline proposals over the past few weeks. Which means that not only is the cash there to buy the bulk of Murray's majority shareholding - the steel magnate will keep a minor stake - and deal with the debt due to Lloyds, but that there's investment planned to follow the takeover. Ellis' bid for the club has been bubbling under the surface since the turn of the year, with other nibbles coming from a Far East consortium. Speculation was also rife that the release of details of the London mortgage consultant's involvement could flush out a higher bid from South African investor Dave King. Again, though, MailSport believes Ellis' bid all but rules out the chance of that happening, with Murray sceptical about King's attempt to low-ball the club with his initial attempt. Stock exchange rules forbid any of the parties speaking on the subject and last night Rangers issued a statement simply acknowledging that the club's majority shareholder is considering his options. It said: "The Board of Directors of the Rangers Football Club plc is aware of the recent takeover speculation in the media and refers shareholders to a previous statement issued in October 2009. "The club's board has ben advised by its principal shareholder, Murray International Holdings Limited, that it is considering options regarding its shareholding in the club and this may or may not lead to MIH disposing of some or all of its stake in the club to a third party. The directors of the club will keep shareholders advised of key developments but the board is unable to comment further at this time."
  12. Is from a decent source or are we clinging to the " if its not completed by next friday then it will be completed within a fortnight" quote from "a source close to the deal"
  13. sorry lads you'll have to excuse my ignorance on this, especially you gunslinger, but what is it huttons suppose to have said to brown? I dont know anythin about it? Is this just a rumour?
  14. Is conway a tim? I never knew that! Gunslinger, burke is/was a celtic fan too, i know this for a fact. Also, kyle huttons a celtic fan. Or he was atleast. For what its worth, im not sure i'd take conway, he's decent enough against us, puts in good crosses, but thats mainly because whittakers pretty poor at stopping crosses from the left hand side, swansons also given him problems before. But i dont have love Whittaker right now another player ive heard mentioned is riordan, dont like that one though! Also macguire but i was quickly shot down over that one the last time so i better zip it! Does no one reckon we could be doin with another centre mid btw? I reckon we'll need a keeper, 2 centre backs, a left back, a centre mid, possibly a left and right mid, and a striker. This is takin into account that i reckon mcgregor, bougie, weir, papac, diouf, edu (fingers crossed) are all offski. I reckon we'll keep healy for another season, give him a good pre season and all. Cant see weiss or bartley back, hope im wrong though. My outside bet is, if the takeover does go through, which i doubt, gattusos a cert. We need to find ways of bringin in extra cash, gattuso would be seen as a way of doing that surely? Wouldnt bet against seeing johnny evans at ibrox either. Loan ofcourse. YOUS FUCKERS HAD ENOUGH YET? WWTC *****

  18. WWTC, on 19 March 2011 - 01:44 PM, said: This is a bit random i know, but is there anyway of us organising or suggesting gazza comes back up the road for one of halftime draws? Gazza gave me some of my best memories of a rangers fan, the guy was my hero and it was a priveledge to watch him wearing the blue. I know he was back up for the mclaren test., and i saw him at st james park during that tournament a few years back, but it would be great to see him up here again if only for a couple of minutes. We all know he has his problems, and as a club we do to, think of the lift we would get as fans seeing him out there waving at us again, i fill up just thinkin about it. It might even help him too. I dont know if all blue noses feel the same, but i love the guy and i feel for the younger fans going to games just now because they never got to see a real genius at work, he's as good a player as ive seen. I'll be honest i miss him bigtime, id like to think i'll get to see him one last time atleast. You are so right declan ! Sorry, youve lost me....declan????
  19. Wi walter, i wouldnt be suprised to see young darren cole thrown in rather than goin 4-4-2. Remember andy littles shock inclusion? It'll be between cole and john grieg at right back i reckon.
  20. Its a shame he didnt go on to coach young kids, i know whatyou'll say he was hardly a role model, but he truely was a genius with a ball, not much will beat going to watch gazza every week. The night we played at firhill and he pretended to smoke a cigar was incredible, he was unplayable from start to finish, some of his tricks were jaw dropping, especially from the front row of the old jackie husband??? Stand lol. And thate goals against hibs and steau were just silly. Did i mention his celebration against the mankys at lego land? Got to love the memories.
  21. His 2nd and 3rd were at the copland end, what a view i had
