If it is being done by the SFL, they wont be rushing it in for next season. They might merge the bodies, redistribute revenue etc but they wont allow the league structure to change at such short notice. Which is good.

Yeah, didnt put that across very well. What I mean is that Swansea, Reading, Wigan have nothing on Rangers, Celtic, Leeds, Wednesday when it comes to fanbases. The teams I mentioned, if in the EPL, would be among the top clubs for both taking fans to away games and for home attendances. You want teams that have big a attraction in the top league, Swansea/Wigan would pump us right now, doesn't make them a bigger team or a bigger attraction.
