We've addressed the short term problem while giving the board the time needed to really do their homework and make sure they appoint the right manager to take over in the Summer.
The last thing we needed was a rushed, poorly thought through appointment being given a three and a half year deal now.

McCall IS a good manager, he isn't what this club needs long term and thats fine as he is only here short term, but he did do extremely well with Motherwell and it was just too hard a task in the end - as their new manager has found out.

I must of missed the array of talent he has been holding back from game time. The only players he has yet to give a start are Robinson, Faure, Shiels (impact sub in seems under McDowell), Mohsni and then any young players who's loan spells ended.
