Murray overseen the biggest boom in the history of the club, he also triggered the biggest fall in the history of the club. And I'm afraid for me that cancels it out. I can understand people remaining a bit loyal to Murray, as his era gave some stunning football memories. However, we also have to remember there's a criminal investigation into his selling of the club still ongoing. The police have said they believe a crime has taken place. If Murray has been involved, I get the feeling there could be very few left defending him.

There was no one who was willing to take the game by the scruff of the neck, and no one trying to inspire others around them.

Good point, but I also think Weir was a one off, and extremely difficult to replicate. I also don't think Bougherra and Cuellar would have been such successes without Weir. We definitely are missing a Weir, however.

Dean Shiels finished as the third best player in the SPL last season, and by large has been a complete disappointment. Who's to say what the right type of player is for us anymore?
