I admit we are in an extremely unique situation, and that Green is dealing with a nutjob, but I don't believe he is the type of businessman that is correct for us just now as we are trying to get back on our feet. I feel we are constantly treading over a minefield with Green.

Let's cut to the chase here though, he's doing that because it's the best way to make money. The happier he keeps the fans, the more money that will come through the gates and through the tills. Cynical? Yes, but no one can look me straight in the eyes and tell me Green isn't as cynical as I am. We all know what he's here to do. He's not here because he's a fan, or because he had any sort of affection for the club, he's here because he was seizing an opportunity, and I think we've all been too eager to forget this. To put the fact that he's not "squeaky clean" aside for this is simply not good enough. After what we've been through, we need someone (as close as you can get in footballing terms) who's as squeaky clean as the floors of fecking Buckingham Palace.

I'll admit I can see there's been a pile up in the media of late to slam it down Green's throat, the likes of the Clyde interview showing up months later is ridiculous for a start. I'll also admit that he probably does deserve a bit more trust from the likes of myself, but the fact is it's all piled up, and most of it isn't simply a questionable signature. The full story is simply breaking now, and it's one we would never have found out about if it had not been from the way it has all came out forcing Green to admit to more than he's ever let on. I also do think that we've still to see anywhere near the end of this. We know the way this is working with the "drip drip" system and I do not believe it is over with. When the board meets tomorrow or next week or whenever it is, I'll put my weight behind the decision they make. Until then I don't think I have enough evidence to trust Green just now.

Give that "fan" pish a rest. I fail to see why you think the fans who are struggling to trust someone only a year on from getting the worst dicking over in our history are somehow inferior to yourself.

Who's saying that? We need to start taking this evidence seriously instead of passing it as media outlets following agendas. Nobody said it was going to be easy, but we need to start seeing this for what it is.

It's just too much. We sat last year and blamed it on the media having an agenda against Whyte and co. I cannot believe we want to sit and do this again. This needs extensive scrutiny and we can't simply pass it off as an agenda.

Whatever people want to say about the RST, the fans do need some sort of representation, because right now it's not particularly happening. There have been a lot of serious accusations made in the last week,and there are many fans out there feeling confused and misled about the situation. The fans need some sort of voice. Will everyone agree with it? No, but there's not very much our support does completely agree on. So unless a shareholder would like to group together a set of other fan shareholders to act with the club on behalf of the fans, the RST are the closest to being able to do that. Until someone wants to do that, you can just sit on forums spilling rhetoric about fan magazines and making personal insults. But personally, I don't see what that is going to achieve.

ICT had a presentation the other night for fans that said if reconstruction doesn't go through they'd have to negotiate a new tv deal. I'd be 99% sure that's what the motivation will be.
