  1. Holidays booked, sun cream bought. Must have been a right bastard having to travel to Elgin.
  2. It's worrying this is a case of what one striker would we like up front. Give both a go through the middle this Saturday coming. Either that or Hemmings and Little. *stops talking to a brick wall.*
  3. As most have said, he'll need time. He's a 17 year old, but he's not quite progressing at the level of MacLeod, or even McKay. He looks like a typical winger for his age - plenty of energy but lacks the final ball. He needs plenty of game time and nurturing to make the most of his talent. He's had his taste this season, let's hope that progresses next season.
  4. We could never have afforded to keep them though. Even if we had got transfer fees for them, the squad wouldn't be much different. And it would still be the same manager.
  5. Depends, are you a fan of self-harming?
  6. He said he would only come if we were in Division One, then when we went to Division Three he realised no one really was interested and backtracked.
  7. We'll have to go through from the end of July to the start of September without any new signings. And when we do get to September, it'll only be bosmans who have been willing to wait. Don't kid yourself on, the squad is largely going to be the same.
  8. I was finished with him after Dundee Utd. An embarrassment to the shirt, he shouldn't be wearing it.
  9. It's obviously nice Ibrox got mentioned, but to have Stamford Bridge above it for passion takes a hatchet to the head of the credibility of the whole thing.
  10. http://willievass.photoshelter.com/image/I0000lClLDCQ7cWE 16,000 empty seats? Not a chance.
  11. Good luck to you mate. Never enough about
  12. That's a decent point, MacLeod has at least been a glimmer of hope as well.
  13. Cheers for the comments guys, glad you're enjoying.
  14. Just thought I'd give this a bump for anyone who missed it yesterday. Never forget at least the one positive we'll take from this season.
  15. Can't agree. Although the manager deserves (and has received) criticism for the performances, each individual player needs a long hard look at themself. Even if basic management skills are missing, a large chunk of the squad is an utter embarrassment. The attitude is horribly wrong and although McCoist may be struggling to motivate them, very few are anywhere close to earning the wages they're on.
  16. It's a decent point, and it's not something I would have written at Christmas. I was more than willing to give McCoist more time (still don't regret it) but there's really not much else you can say now. I really do believe the best way forward is for everyone to sit down once this season is over and sort this out. Never mind the £100 million turnover. We have bigger problems right in front of our noses.
  17. Nicely put, we need something positive to think about anyway!
