Know its not much of a recommendation but a Benfica supprting taxi driver was telling me how much Pedro is respected in Portugal. Says he doesn't understand why is he being ridiculed for the caravan/dog statement when I explained what was said in the press after he said it. Very common phrase in Portugal apparently. Means people talk and make noise but we take no notice and carry on doing our job. He laughed when I said Bruno Alves has barely broke sweat in Scotland yet. Foderingham Wallace Hill Wilson Tavernier Halliday Rossiter Holt Miller Garner Windass Team full of legs.. went for Wilson and Hill as I feel Kiernan bottled it last game v them and Senderos not inspiring me at all...Feel like Hill and Wilson will at least have the stomach for the fight if nothing else...Bring on McKay and Kranjcar later on in the game...when they r tired so McKay can run at them and Kranjcar can find more space to play

I was funnily enough when I wrote I on Saturday ?. He opened his mouth big time and didn't back it up with a dominant display. Which I hate. But he was far from the reason we lost. We have 2 pish centre half which is why we got a doing. We haven't been playing well all season but I'm going to be patient. Give players like Barton, Kranjcar and Garner the chance to bounce back and prove people wrong. As long as Barton keeps his mouth shut from now on that is. He hasn't been great this year and I was wrong to say he was our best on the park. Windass was. But he is a player who has played premiership n was player of the year in a team who play in a far stronger league than ours last year. Hopefully everyone is hurting from sat and they we go on a wee run of wins, play better and rectify that result in the December game. Starting with a comfortable win v Ross county. Needs to be sorted pronto but not going to write off guys just yet. Needs to just keep it shut and show a bit of character now. Do the talking when he's won.

Honestly despair at this thread...he is one of the quality players we have...watch the first 20 mins of the game...he takes the ball under pressure and distributed it well...the shit hits the fan when Kiernan loses his man at a corner then gives it away for the second...Barton plays centre half when Senderos goes off and tries his best...he doesn't try act the hardman which people feared he would...he didn't hide...the team was shite bit Barton will come good in the end Imo...roll on the December game v the tims

Honestly...if people think Barton who won promotion to the premiership Last year as a key player for burnley, think he is our weak link they need to seriously look at themselves.

Barton our best player on the park today...Kiernan who I backed,caused the first 2 goals...Barton was great and composed on the ball...Scott brown won the 50/50 as he hit the ball before it hit the ground...which is against the rules btw...50/50 means first one to hit the ball when the ball hits the ground...as u can see the ball doesn't hit the ground

Call me mad but I think we might do it next weekend. We have poor been so far this season and they have got off to a flyer but I think it's going to be a totally different game this Sat. Being at home their fans will demand they dominate and they will get frustrated with us having the ball so much. They might press us when they shouldn't, opening up space that hasn't been there for us so far this year. I don't believe they are a great team. Our strength again could be the fact that they expect to dominate us and I think they will get frustrated when we have a lot of the ball. My 2 fears are that : 1. Warburton plays Halliday, Barton and Rossister trying to be solid defensively. We need either Kranjcar or Windlass to give us a cutting edge. 2. Barton comes out with some shitey sound bites firing them up. Leave the soundbites and jibes to Harrtson, Sutton, Brown, and Griffiths. Keep the mouths, listen to their shite and shut and them up on the park.

Think a lot of people on here need to learn about our history. We are the traditional Scottish club. Proud to be Scottish first and foremost but also proud to be British. Just because the SFA are run by a bunch of incompetent buffoons and the Tartan Army has been infested with a bunch of diddy club supporters, content with mediocrity and singing cringey songs from musicals doesn't mean we abandon the national team. If we do that we may as well accept that we no longer identify as Scottish and that an independent Scotland is inevitable.

He puts in the effort but he no longer has the pace to get in behind and his first touch is brutal. Good enough to fill in here and there and good influence in the dressing room. But shouldn't be a starter every week.

Football is all about opinions...I think miller for example has been total pish past few seasons albeit he's scored a few big goals...I think Kiernan is half decent ...a good centre half beside him I'm willing to bet he will be part of a solid defence

Kiernan was shutting down the man with the ball...so he didn't see Boyd on his blind side...hill had to match Boyd's run...not kiernans fault

Kiernan was closing down the ball, it was hills man and he has to follow him...it wasnt as if there was anyone on his side and wanted to pass him on to Kiernan...Kiernan seems to be the scapegoat on here for everything but IMO he is our best centre half
