  1. You can't necessarily equate electoral support for support of the OBA unless it was in the SNP's manifesto, which it wasn't. It was a knee-jerk reaction from an Old Firm game that featured bad behaviour on the pitch instead of the stands. It's a terrible peice of legislation that has been criticised across political parties, football fans and clubs, religious groups, anti-sectarian organisations, judges and on and on. There are far more details that matter than the percentage you produce, do you not have a link to the poll? Having a percentage means nothing if it's based upon pure garbage. The question, the sample size and who it included, the whole methodology is important. Lol! The act is far from here to say and will be destroyed soon enough as no party but the SNP have ever supported it.
  2. So daft it's hard to reply. Everything a majority of MSP's vote through should be kept cause who cares about whether it was rightly or wrongly, that's not important. The vote was 64-57, it passed because the SNP had a majority government. It's also easy to cite percentages from polls without giving details.
  3. Aye, they have definitely been the loudest about it. Personally feel as a support we should've been more organised about it considering how many of our own fans seem to have been fucked by it.
  4. It is biting our support on the arse far more than it is their's though. We lead the table in charges under this Act for every year of the last 4 since it was introduced http://www.gov.scot/Resource/0050/00501336.pdf pg.13.
  5. If you or anyone else would like to make a donation towards future displays then you can do so by going through the following link: http://tinyurl.com/phw9jog - alternatively we also take donations at our stall which is open next to BF1 on matchdays. Many thanks for looking to do so, all funds go towards displays and improving the atmosphere at Ibrox and we are grateful for any donation anyone can spare. This is the first song here.
  6. We don't have the storage space to store all the banners we make so the majority are disposed of. The only way they are kept is if they are re-useable, but most of the banners we make for displays aren't made to last the wear and tear of more than one game anyway.
  7. It wasn't no. Heard about that guy as well though and that he just downed the bottle right infront of him.
  8. Aye its been proven that is all they do, harmless really
  9. You do realise the men in suits control your money lol?
  10. The logic is so ridiculous, if you don't have a ST your not a Rangers supporter? If you get a season ticket you are a supporter but at the point you choose to stop renewing you are no longer a supporter and have turned your back on the club? There are many reasons fan's may wish to stop renewing their ST, whether it be the manager, the board, lack of money - it's impossible to differentiate between different reasons and give merit to one over another. To call someone's love of a football club into question in your logic is nothing but a farce.
  11. Deary me.... it get's worse. I really hope this was a case of not thinking this point through.
  12. Ridiculous logic, actually astounding.
  13. I understand your feeling. But surely that is no where near the benchmark for a satisfactory boardroom?
  14. It's amazing how many people you tell to leave the forum if they don't agree with your side of the argument. Divides like these and disrespect for an opposing opinion is everything that is wrong right now. Isn't that the charge on FollowFollow that they kick out all opposing views...
  15. It's actually the most embarrassing thing ever that fans take sides against fellow fans over a fucking football forum It's a forum! No need for such extreme partisan support. Rangers fans, grown men on forums hating and slagging other people on another forum is absolutely ridiculous.
  16. At the end of the day. Protesting was a success as it got the message across and we can go home happy that the fans at the game rallied round it with Sack The Board. Best place to have an idea of how the feeling is. Time for action now and there will be a lot more coming up until this is resolved, no doubts.
  17. Today is also a form of campaigning - which seems to bypass a lot of people on here. Things like that don't just appear out of thin air, it's getting up of the arse that gets thing rolling. People are tired of waiting, unfortunately that is all the same chat we got when Whyte was in charge. No chance are fans taking it again.
  18. Counter question So because no-one is in the limelight we should just accept this for the best there is? I do understand what you're saying but this is so bad that it needs fixed asap.
  19. And why would I care about something so stupid like that? Fortunately my skins a lot thicker than that to care about a couple of bellends on a radio talking about today. If anything maybe it will further enhance the pressure. Are you actually insinuating that you shouldn't stand up against something because the media will all talk about it and it won't look very good? Plenty of pricks in Rangers suits do that already for us. They'll be talking about something a lot worse if nothing can be changed.
  20. Ohhh lies? We're the ones that are lying? Nothing about Stockbridge when he lied about the share issue no? This will be a belter, what has the protest been lying about?
  21. Sounds like 5 more than your average game. On the 18th minute Ibrox was rocking.
