  1. Too late for that. It's getting liquidated as CVA was rejected. A new CVA can't be proposed.
  2. I've got a meeting with one of the senior guys in IT there tomorrow, I'll see if he knows anything.
  3. Not sure if it was him or Murray, do you? I don't work with that part of the business but have involvement with Capita on a day to day basis just now.
  4. As he never had a share issue, No.
  5. Capita registrars is part of the Capita group, as are Capita Trustees Services who sued us, as previous poster pointed out, guess who was in charge at the time.
  6. Do you work for them? Capita sued us last year iirc.
  7. The beauty of wearing a fitba top is that you don't need to iron it.
  8. In a few years time they'll eventually come back as spectators when the wounds aren't as raw. They won't be welcomed, but they won't be chased away.
  9. Greig sat back and did nothing as murray put the club in the shit financially, he's not fit to be a director.
  10. I remember her comments kicking shagger when he was down, fuck her.
  11. There's a long way to go before I'll be convinced by him. Both murray and whyte looked the real deal and said the right things at first. Let's see what the situation is in a few years time before judging him.
  12. The Annan chairman is Annan first and Rangers second. I know that for a fact.
  13. I think there's loads more to come out on this.
  14. I strongly disagree. He was one of our best performers in recent years. There are teams other than man u who he'll play well against, Jelavic proved he can do it.
  15. I'm sure he'll be bothered. He's clearly shown we mean fuck all to him.
  16. If he does that then his new club will have to pay £x for him. Doing what he's done, he will pocket a huge signing on fee (probably £1m+) as his new club won't have a transfer fee to pay. Realistically, who is going to turn down that kind of money especially when they've spent the last few months on reduced pay. It's as black and White as that to a professional player.
  17. If it is included and you crystallise d+p's 75m estimate. That means 90m. It they're offered just a few million then their view is that the players are worth more than the £ offered in CVA so they would say no and instruct liquidators to sell players and recoup cash. I don't think they will though as we're worth more to them in the long run once back on track bringing in millions per year for them.
