A Rangers striker who hit the sweet spot more often than not. Who was the best in your opinion? Is it Ally. Michael Mols. Marco Negri. Gordon Durie Kris Boyd. Who else......
Complacency and arrogance already setting in with some fans. Hope Ally and the team don't take it so lightly. Would love to win the RC just cos we're in it and got to the final.
You don't think a Dave King type investment would come in with a Rangers return to the top flight? Sooner than later I am certain. The sponsorship, television deals and crowds will be guaranteed. This is Rangers. No hyperbole intended.
I get your point and take it on board. Don't necessarily disagree with the football knowledge and nous things either. As a manager at this point in time it is my opinion we need Ally to see us through to the top. Then a MacInness or Laudrup or whoever. Not now. Not for me yet.
I am sometimes tempted to say I have a better way of setting up teams than Ally.Still doesn't mean I would be a better manager for Rangers, (at the moment).
It was some of the best football we've played. Pity the lads wore themselves out playing at such a high tempo for the first half hour. Not gonna cut it at a higher level with that sort of stamina. Don't know if it's physical or mental. Needs sorting.
