  1. Can’t remember why the finals were different way round from way they are now but don’t think it was a one off. If memory serves me correctly one or both of the ECWC finals involving Man City and Chelsea circa 70 & 71 were quite late on in the spring. Also, think our Fairs Cup semi-final games against Newcastle 1969 and the subsequent final were pretty late on too. Their semifinal against Dukla Prague and ours against Slavia Sofia in 67 were on the same day so it wasn’t as if it was carried through from the earlier rounds. Edit: my memory has let me down. Chelsea final 71 was quite late but EC final was later.
  2. They do not finish the trials to 2022/23, I will look up and find the documents that show this and post them. Why do you think they were issued under emergency use documentation? Why do you think they refuse to take liability for any side effects? Since Covid has only been a thing since early 2020, how can they possibly know the medium / long term effects by late 2020? These vaccines were not successfully trialled on animals to my understanding. The early clinical trials were to assess effectiveness for prevention of serious illness, not infection or spread of Covid. The manufacturers make no claims on this. The choice whether to take these vaccines is therefore a solely personal health decision and should be considered as such without coercion.
  3. These are experimental novel vaccines fastracked for use under emergency use authorisation. Most do not complete their Stage 3 trial period until 2022/23, although I believe in USA there are trying to fast track full approval of the Pfizer vaccine. The Stage 3 trials are in effect being carried out on the general populace. There is no medium to long term data on these vaccines. Why do you think that the vaccine manufacturers will take no liability for their efficiency or any side effects? The MRNA vaccine technology was invented some thirty years ago. There are a number of reasons, not least the potential risk of ADE, that it hasn’t been rolled out until now . My understanding is that there have been no successful animal trials of MRNA vaccines and less than adequate bio-distribution trials in some cases. If you cannot see the difference between a fit and healthy person being denied access to a football match because they don’t want a chemical injected into them, and you being denied medicinal cannibals of your doctor, then I can’t help you.
  4. To suggest there are only a handful of people around the world who have died or have had side effects because of the vaccine is grossly disingenuous and does you no credit. You only have to look at the reporting systems set up by regulatory authorities in the USA, UK and EU. I thought you were meant to be a journalist. On second thoughts maybe you’re post is exactly in keeping with the failure of the media to do any honest reporting over the last eighteen months and just follow the set narrative.
  5. Slight difference. Tragic though the deaths of your aunts were, dying with Covid or indeed any natural disease is part of the natural progression and chance you take in living your life. It is slightly different when you die as a result of an experimental chemical injected into you by the State, even more so when the State is coercing and bullying people into taking the injection, by restricting their freedoms and ostracising them as ‘idiot disease carriers’.
  6. You can’t even single out Albino Blair on this either. With the odd exception, governments globally are pretty well acting in conformity in imposing such measures. You only have to look at France, Canada and Australia (who are slightly ahead of us in the tyranny stakes) to see where this is going.
  7. Yeh, she’s just collateral to people like you.
  8. Brain dead idiots like Stewart and Dorran haven’t learnt the lesson from the previous legal regulation relating to fans that had to rescinded. Once it’s law, any team could be hammered for fans behaviour, not just Rangers. I presume they believe that because of the narrative their seeking to create that any strict liability will be applied de facto to Rangers only. Good luck with that in a goldfish bowl like Glasgow. Rather than buy a back-up striker, it would be cheaper for us to secretly buy 20-30 season tickets strategical placed around the Piggery to video / record any fan misbehaviour. Could even discretely instigate misbehaviour in their crowd if we need them to be docked more points. Wiser heads on both sides of the divide will prevail if anyone has any sense.
  9. If a ‘journalist’ is happy to spend hours / days of his time trawling through ten years of social media history to find offence, they are not going to be put off paying a nominal monthly fee to set up a lurker account in here, and posting the odd pro-Rangers comment on a regular basis to keep their cover.
  10. Whilst, I agree with you I can’t help feeling some unease that there are people at higher level in our government/institutions who will be quite happy to see the ‘lower order’ fan groups and fans start a social media war on the back of mock offence, taking out collateral victims on both sides. Perfect justification for them to introduce more hate crime regulation and social media restrictions /censorship which only serves to increase the control and power of the State. I’m probably overthinking it but after the last 18months I have little trust in anything these days.
  11. Proud to have the highest number of drugs deaths anywhere in the western world. Proud to have an education system that is dropping like a stone in the international league tables, Proud to have new hospitals that never open. Proud to have a First Minister with the memory capacity of Joe Biden (when it suits her). Proud to have the most draconian ‘thought crime’ laws in the western world. Proud to ‘institutionally groom’ children from the age of four without their parents permission. Still, I’m sure it will all be better should you get independence when you don’t have the English taxpayers money to subsidise you.
  12. He’s still employed because he prostituted himself to the prevailing narrative and political power holders a long time ago.
  13. Yeh, stealing the Poznan thing was embarrassing as well. Really original. I’m sure I saw the Marseille fans do it nearly thirty years ago.
  14. No, I think the club are better to say nothing at the present time. The key thing is they don’t sell out on H&H.
  15. I’ve never understood why when they turned it round on us, we never continued to sing it back to them. However, if we had continued to sing it, you can bet that it would have received the status of grossly offensive and racist a long time ago.
  16. Unfortunately, these days some pigs are more equal than others. Whether any criticism / attacks has any legs depends more on the demographic and politics of the different parties and whether it fits the prevailing media / political narrative. Like it or not, Rangers and Rangers fans are an unfavoured group in Scotland at the present time, with little political muscle. Much as I’d like to see it, any counter allegations made from our side, however justified and valid, are unlikely to gain much traction in the Scottish media.
  17. Unfortunately, Covid has been very lucrative for the MSM that was on their uppers 18months ago.
  18. Agree to an extent but if you’re active every day on social media for a number of years, it’s a bit of a task to go through possibly thousands of posts to identify what could be deemed offensive by someone hunting to be offended several years down the line. Bearing in mind also that what is deemed offensive changes from day to day and it now seems standard practice to ignore any context and take the worst interpretation you can from any post. Guess the only way to be sure is to wipe your social media history completely on a continual basis.
  19. You’re correct. When I was a student in the 70’s had several Catholic friends and all were vehemently opposed to independence and the SNP. Remember one occasion, going into a pub and the DJ put on ‘Flower ofScotland’ only for them to loudly whistle and jeer and get it taken off. Over the last twenty years, there has been a dramatic swing of the Catholic block vote to the SNP enticed no doubt by their anti English / Unionist rhetoric.
  20. ‘Mass movements can rise and spread without belief in a god, but never without belief in a devil’. The English (usually concealed under the term ‘Tories’) and Rangers/Unionism are the SNP’s devil.
  21. Offence archaeology is a thriving sector if your part of the social justice set.
  22. To be charitable to the old fool, over the last year the MSM have created that perception.
