  1. Brilliant, I'll be sharing this around my mates
  2. Fortunately my mates Brother works at Hampden so we are aye sorted, if he ever leaves I'll be raging Good luck everyone, still think Hibs getting half is a joke.
  3. If he is going then thanks for the memories and all the years of service.
  4. Official site has a report up now http://rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/gers-step-final-prep/
  5. The coldest game I've ever been at was down there as well, went down to watch the Bankies in the 90's when Coop had come back. It was so cold nobody could lean on the terracing apart from this one smug guy with padded gloves. I've never bought so many Bovrils at a game before or since
  6. The away games against Bremen and Fiorentina just about ended me and i was quite a young healthy fella at the time Wouldn't trade those memories for anything though.
  7. Oooft, hefty honesty from auld Provan. I suspect he will still be shoehorned in along with Darren Fletcher when Scotland games roll around. Both have been breathing out their arses for a few years now.
  8. All the modern grounds the wee teams have built are shite, only two or three stands with big gaps at the corners. At least the old shitholes had some atmosphere and history about them.
  9. BT Sport are showing all the play-off games.
  10. Getting relegated by a handball against Dundee that was scored by an ex-Ranger? Whit a night for them *edit* Ahahahaha, even better now.
  11. He is absolutely bog average, I would love this.
  12. Aye a couple of ex-players used to drive the Ice Cream Van round my way, Alex Miller was one if I recall but I'd have to check with my old Mum if that's right and who the other was. I was too wee to appreciate who they were.
  13. Cheers everyone, an older pal of mine was talking about how good he was, I thought it was strange that I rarely heard him mentioned given his record and the clips that I have found.
  14. Quinton Young is one of the scorers in the On This Day feature on Rangers.co.uk. He made 102 starts and scored 38 goals, which is fairly impressive, yet of all the guys in the team around that time I know little about him. I was wondering if any of our more mature Bears had any memories or thoughts on the guy? http://rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/on-this-day-1973/
  15. Should be more concerned that this was probably their last chance to ever win the league and they blew it in style.
  16. Apparently Steven Thompson will be playing in his last ever game in this one and is expected to get the full 90. Hopefully we give him a good send off but also give his current team a doing.
  17. Leicester to win the league at Old Trafford Something beautifully poetic in that.
  18. That was the kind of thinking when they sacked Alex Smith in the 90's who was finishing 2nd and getting to cup finals, they then tail spinned into fighting relegation under Miller, Aitken and Skovdahl. They should have a reality check and be careful what they wish for.
  19. I was sitting with my Mum at Ibrox when we were 3-0 down in the first leg and remembering being there with her for Bayern, Parma, Inter, Porto, Monaco etc. All I could think about was how long it would be until those kinds of nights and the memories they create were back. Dear old Maw will be 66 this year and isn't in the best of health so I'm delighted it looks like those nights will be back around sooner than expected.
  20. Rogic features around the 1:20 mark as well
