Why sit back and let him fail? It's kind of nailed-on that he will.
I don't want to watch that happening. Honestly can't see a turnaround coming.

That’s stupid as fuck mate we all know how this ends if we stick with a manager clearly out his depth, we’ve seen it time and time again this will only get worse

I've never wanted you to be so right, but this is head-in-the-sand stuff.
I see absolutely no signs of progression, whatsoever. I see tactical missteps such as the 1st half on Saturday and the entire 2nd leg vs PSV. Poor shape, poor patterns of play, poor positioning from the front 3 - all of this is manager-related IMO.

We changed to Gio after the international break and got to a European final.
Big Eck came in when they were humping us just before Christmas and won the double.

This regime has been reluctant so many times now to admit when they have made a fucking bad call.
Caixinha getting the beginning of the 17/18 season and then not being sacked after Progres
Not removing Murty sooner
Taking ages to bin the Australia friendly
Robertson remaining in post as long as he did
Beale now looking like he will lumber on until it’s really bad and really toxic

Being right to you is more important than us winning

Even Gio last season should have been put out of his misery at least a month before he finally was.
Giving Beale time is exactly what I expected the board to do, and by the time they realise, the league will be gone.

I have fairly decent hopes that this Board act much quicker than the previous incumbents.
Still in every competition, no potential CL pumpings to come and the League salvageable at this point.
Is there any better point to bring someone in?
They could win their first trophy before the end of the year..
Bisgrove/Bennett have brought in their own people at nearly every level - apart from Manager. Get him gone and do your thing.

It’s simple and clear for anybody to see in 10 months in charge there has been zero improvement and now he’s brought in his own players we look an even poorer team then what he took over.
Hes a dud

Lose to St. Johnstone ( which I think is not outwith the realms of possibility) and go 7 points behind and the league is done.
Its done if they don't sack Beale in this international break imo.

Pedro had (on paper) a bit of experience though even though it was different league/country - Beale is so inexperienced it’s wild he got the job thinking about it.

He absolutely fucked them by the way.
They were joint 1st at one point then he started losing 3 or 4 games and they went to about 7th. Then he knocked Wolves back saying to them something about being "all-in" at QPR, then took the job with us out of nowhere from their perspective.
They won 2 out of 20 matches after that.

Rovers51 reacted to King Jela in The Michael Beale Thread.
Good shout. 4 defeats and a draw in his last 5.
Fucking unbelievable that he got the job. Its just as ridiculous as Pedro getting it, if not more.
-
Rovers51 reacted to Tiger Shaw in The Michael Beale Thread.
He would have been sacked within weeks if he stayed at QPR think he lost his last 5 games scoring 1 goal or something like that?

The alarm bells were ringing after Rugby Park then we were clinging on at Ibrox against a 10 man dug shite Servette and scraping past Morton, it’s fucking ridiculous that anyone wants to give this buffoon more time, it’s not even results the style of football is abysmal make me literally want to gouge my eyes out.

This is not about the humping from PSV or even Sunday’s riddy.
Nor is it about a handful of matches since the start of this season.
This is about a track record, last season and this season, winning (relatively) meaningless fixtures against SPFL fodder but, when it really, REALLY matters, failure time after time after time.
How many more times is too many?
We are three games away from a rare domestic trophy win, one game at Ibrox, two at Hampden. No shitey pitches to blame, no scum in our way.
If he is still in post as these ties are played, anything less than winning each tie and ultimately that trophy will be the end without a shadow of a doubt.
He is a defender on a yellow card playing against the best winger in the world and there’s still 85 minutes to go. It’s a “when”, not an “if”.

It’s got another Hampden bottle job written all over it if Beales in the dug out

Doing more than us.

In Bisgrove and Beale we have two guys who give off the vibe that they run a company conning people out of thousands for crypto investment or drop shipping scams.
It goes well beyond what's on the park and in the dugout; and it has done for a long time. There is incompetence at every single level of the club.

Why is protesting a 'riddy or not Rangers behaviour' to some? I don't care what it's described as, if a protest gets us a change of manager and delivers a league title why would anyone care?
1 league and 1 Scottish Cup since 2016. Ffs it's time to wake up

Sunday was the tipping point. A massive missed opportunity to beat them with a few key players missing. The realisation that if we cant beat them under those circumstances we are pretty fucked as they will likely improve and we look rudderless. Grim.

Rovers51 reacted to BlueSuedeSambas in The Michael Beale Thread.
I’ve never heard booing like we got at the weekend and I don’t actually think it was solely because of Sunday’s result or performance.
We’ve been served up shit for the best part of a decade now and I genuinely think the fans patience has collectively run out now and Sunday was the full manifestation of it.
