  1. I know what you mean, after his goal he seemed to be in less advanced positions and was playing as a rb. Perhaps once he makes a contribution by scoring or assisting he feels he can relax a bit and focus on defending the lead. But I know what you mean
  2. He signs boys with ambition, and that can be anything. getting a move to the EPL, winning leagues, playing in Europe. All the boys he has signed have all signed for a reason and it appears (anyway) that they have all wanted to come here and finances have not been the main motivation. I know that sounds a bit stupid but Christ just look at the England players the other night, total lack of ambition, a lack of graft and no feeling of responsibility. Warburton seems to sift through players well and finds the lads who can improve their football career with us (whatever that may be) rather than players being motivated by money or lack of other options.
  3. Its the same lad making it whether you pay £60 for it or pay £16 for it...blame the rich c*nts!!!
  4. Bought a few from there, with most of them you could never tell the difference!
  5. Very important point, it detracts from our argument too often when people give these "journalists" abuse etc. needs to be done the right way, questions questions and more questions not abuse!
  6. Ridiculous statement, already spoke to a few people at work who support a range of teams, everyone one of them said that it is bull shit and made the reference to the hillsborough (police cover up) The toilet paper that has written this as well needs to be held to account. From all this apparent violence and mayhem that took place they could only get information from one person? and there is zero video evidence from fans or passers by or anything. Pretty confident this mini riot that we apparently caused would have drawn some attention. Typical police force looking after their lofty salary and pension will do anything to avoid punishment or even to simply admit the truth. Almost a week its taken for this story to "break" i always felt that the police were 95% responsible for this, and this attempt to wriggle out of any responsibility/blame shows it!
  7. clocked up a few more noo! well sure you would know where they are. when you tell someone to fuck off, after they put a point across, you don't help your point you realise.
  8. yeah i agree with that, and again yeah you are right, as a politicians they know how keep everyone in line and tow the party line like you say, but i cant myself see outright attacks in the manner stated before
  9. fair enough if thats what you think, just dont see it myself
  10. you are having a laugh are you not!? until any non SNP supporters have to cut about with a union jack sewn on their coat, have their business/livelihood destroyed, their possessions robbed, laws passed against them to drive/force them away, get sent to work camps, jailed for nothing and then get shipped on trains to be murdered i think these comparisons can be set aside for now
  11. The biggest problem with all of this, is the fans of either side being blamed, the real problem is that there were less than 150 police officers at the event, knowing it would be a full house. if you look at it in a completely neutral way hibs fans should not have went on the pitch, and certainly not come up to our end, and they shouldn't have laid a finger on any rangers players. rangers fans should not have went on the pitch either, the reason that some did was because they felt threatened and unprotected and of course some of the gers fans who went on the pitch would have just went on for a bust up. IF THE POLICE HAD DONE THIER JOB hibs fans would probably have barely got to their goal never mind right on the pitch and would not have go anywhere near us. The police could have then told them to return to the stand or the presentation would be cancelled. They didn't, because they didn't have enough police there and they didn't recognise what was happening on the pitch. My mate was in the hibs end and said that after their second goal apparently some police came to the back of the goals at their end, then headed off again, clearly seeing that most were standing up and anticipating a last gasp winner. The police did not recognise this for some unknown reason. To me at the end of it, the Police have to take the majority of the responsibility, if they stopped or reduced the pitch invasion our players would possibly not have been harmed, we would not have went on the field as there would have been no reason to they lift the cup and that's it. But they didn't and to me that is where most of the attention should be focused not on hibs or rangers
  12. well like some previous posts saying they don't understand why Kenny is being praised for this. Just because some of the hibs fans behaved like dickheads doesn't then mean that hibs don't deserve congratulations it wasn't the hibs players fault that we couldn't go out and get medals etc. I have always seen rangers as the club that try to be the bigger man, if you like. Kenny Millers behavior was befitting of Rangers, he was only thinking about the football and ralised that hibs were the better team and had made history, and felt that she should be congratulated by their opponents. Top man!
  13. He is exactly what rangers is about respect, sportsmanship and dignity if only everyone attached with the club was the same!
  14. tbh this is getting fuckin tiring and its only monday! for the first time this season i was able to talk to people about the quality football rangers were playing, not the shambles behind the scenes and the like. The club have come out with a hard hitting statement, everyone knows that some of the fans hibs instigated it and attacked our players, the police had their thumbs up their arses that is what happened. I WANT to get back to talking about the boys on the park not another few fucking months of rangers being on the front page writing to UEFA to have hibs removed and all the rest of it. its done and over, what happens next is out of our hands. Next season back in the top flight is what i want to talk and think about!
  15. Nice to see a thread on the actual game of football to be honest! I share other peoples thoughts about having a bad feeling before the game. We didny show up for the first 25 minutes or so in my opinion and the lads were flapping on the ball, couldn't handle hibs being in their face at all. Zelalem was brilliant tbh. Tav had a howler as did the majority of team really. You can see that lack of leadership in there, experienced boys on the park would have got the team to settle and keep possession of the ball and let hibs do the chasing, but it never happened.
  16. This is exactly what needs to be focused on, in my opinion if the club continue to go down the road of it was all deplorable they look very biased and disengaged. Aye go on the pitch, most fans saw it coming after an injury time winner. The focus has to be on idiots attacking people at their work, which is exactly what happened. I also think that the club have to acknowledge that some of our fans went onto the pitch as well, yes it they would not have went near the park had the hibs fans been more focused on hugging their players as opposed to kicking ours. Ours fans should not have went on the pitch, but due to lack of Police and security action did because they felt threatened and could see their players being assaulted should be the line of thought in my opinion
  17. I would avoid the 3 sisters to be honest, last time I was in their near Xmas there was a mob of about 20 septic arseholes who were gaggin for a scrap with me a a couple of mates, no worth the hassle imo. i would probably say the globe on niddry street would be my first choice, its a decent boozer loads of big screens and a cheap, decent pint
  18. What would one of our players prefer... No away suppose due to a fan boycot of motherwell cos "they put us in our current position... Or an up for away suppose helpin you on the road to promoción... I know what I would prefer
  19. A reckon we will get the win at iron. Now that we have a managed who is obviously aware of the week nees of the team and who chooses tactics and formations to improve the side. A canny imagine M'well being up for the game in the way that we will be.. They are probably dreading every looming kick off... Hibs was our bigger challenge and we passed that fairly well a reckon by doing what needed done
  20. Moody blue... Suspicsious how you can in 20 min find a book about 50 ways to eat cock... A repeated search on Google for you i imagine lol... Cheers for the helpful post troops. And the digs were to be expected lol
  21. Hello all, Got a ticket for thursday and heading through myself from Edinburgh wondering if there is anyone can meet up with to get a pint with before and possibly after the game. Cheers
