Are celtic really that good?
BluebearDory replied to The Widow's Son's topic in General Football & Sport
celtic really aren't that good but they are being made to look good by the sheer fact that everyone else is so shite just now. There have been clear signs of them being beatable and for the love of God someone needs to do it quickly. -

Plastic pitch so won't even get gardening leave Great bloke but a howling set of results so far sadly. -
I have lots of family in Sanquhar and Kirkconnel and a couple of them knew him. Great bear and a fun character apparently.

I rarely start any topics but one year today Ryan went off to see The Rangers play and never came home when the bus he was travelling on overturned. RIP Ryan and sending love to your family and friends today.

Exactly. Always easy for a lot on here to act like Rambo from behind a keyboard though Sorry to hear your visit to lay flowers for your dad was ruined. I think every half decent person would agree it was a disgrace, but you know now sensible replies are never a guarantee in here

The owners are great there too. We saw a couple of games there at Easter and had a good sing song (and met Broxi )

Thunderstorm conditions affecting signal apparently. Mine was great in parts but cut out totally for first goal

Friendly v Sheff Wed 30th July at Hillsborough?
BluebearDory replied to CoatbridgeBear's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Ok in the pub and asked 6 blokes in our group about ' The Billy Boys' - 4 have never heard of it. One sang it and one said it was 'something a Scottish team sings' but he thought it was 'Killie boys' -

Drunken Glaswegian is almost a foreign language down here and I doubt most have a clue what sectarian songs are -

It's England . No bugger will have a clue what you are singing anyway -
The number of times I shouted abuse at the telly last season when he missed sitters is unreal. Decent reliable finisher needed.

Club 1872 statement on rhecord
BluebearDory replied to Ferris Bueller's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
It will give people who want to read it the option to read it without helping their sales figures and it will keep the depressing shite and the arguments/ whining over it out of the BD for those who don't -

I understand perfectly well thank you. It is human nature to read stuff posted about your club, good and bad. Not to mention keeping your friends close and your enemies closer. Rangers fans will always read the shite they post but by limiting the clicks it hits their figures and advertising revenue. -

1 click is still better than a thousand. If one person does a C&P here it means those few who want to read it can do so without giving them hits. Maybe a DR shite thread to keep it in one place -
Did the tour last year and loved it. Also did a Sunday carvery lunch upstairs overlooking the pitch which is not expensive and was a lovely meal- just prebook for a table with a view

Surely to fuck nobody will dare get out that 'going for 55' card display we had at the season opener last year now
