People like this cunt go way too far...me living in tyne and wear and the Sunderland v Newcastle derby is up there with the top rivalries in UK. Back in 2014 Russia shot down that commercial airliner MH17 with 2 Newcastle supporters going to watch their team in New Zealand. Sunderland supporters raised 30 grand as a token gesture for the family of the 2 lads. Its just a game of football ultimately.

I mean years ago you cud sometimes get a surprise result from say Motherwell, hibs, heart Aberdeen v them. But you can't rely on any other team to get a win v them this term. Look no further than st Johnston....7-0...."as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike"some of these other sides are when you cud do with 3 points clawed back.

As my mam wud say when I was younger my heads full of bag pipes about Rangers coz in the 90s we were brilliant.....but all jokes aside I think the Scottish cup wud be fantastic. Not taking hearts for granted of course coz I thought we possible did with Hibs in 2016. If we sneak the UEFA cup then that'll top everything but what an achievement to be in the semi final. Great stuff.

Just interested to know how people rank semi final wins over them? Having followed Rangers since 1993 there will have been a fair few but Of recent times for lots of reasons these are great come backs and some are celebrations to savour. 1) celtic 1-2 Rangers,Bert konterman bullet goal in extra time, league cup 2002. 2)celtic 1-2Rangers at celtic park 1998 sc. 3) Rangers 2-2 celtic sc , 5-4 pens. That game because we were a league below was up there for grit and determination and a fantastic barry McKay goal .we were written off before a ball was kicked.

Spot on mate big parts of our clubs era what you highlighted above...I dont hear much about there 9iar (recent) that's coz 4 or 5 of them weren't in direct competition with ourselves and the 2012 title us being docked points 10pts and 2020 (covid) they were given them to it on a plate which am still bitter about. So our 9iar we were always in direct competition with them which makes it more legitimate. But last season was a pressure season for us and we were like a team possessed...but if they had won it last yr the record books wud have showed 10 no matter what. So for me that last yr was a brilliant achievement, However i know it's been disappointing this season but a Scottish cup win is long over due...so hopefully we can win that semi final.
