Not one player in this picture is in our 'dream team' - there's a very simple reason for that no-one today had the good fortune to ever see any of them play.
My late Grandfather though raved about David Meiklejohn to anyone who would listen. He went to his grave swearing he was the best Rangers player he ever saw. Many others have said likewise. Other legends include Gray, McPhail, Muirhead and Morton. 
This was the era that Rangers won 13 championships in 16 seasons!!! They had to be good - very good 

It looks like Billy MacKay but the timeline seems a bit out 
Just checked on google and he signed for Rangers in 1976 so it might just be him
