Some absolute nonsense gets spoken on here. I don't know what people see during games. Went in 1 up against a quality side, that most people thought would hump us. But still Sima, Dessers, Borna etc were all pish supposedly? Where as the darlings of the side, who were way off the pace and were dominated by PSV - Raskin, Cifuntes and Jack all supposedly played well. I think folk make up their minds how players played before the game kicks off...

No he wasn't, he was the out ball when possession was regained, he was posing a threat with his pace, had a few runs at tge defender and he was putting in a good shift dropping back in to midfield when they had possession. Was one of the best players in a blue Jersey in the first half.

Much better performance and a lot better than anyone would have thought. Struggled to keep possession as their pressing was so effective, so had to go long too often. Back line did very well, Cantwell the usual standout and exceptional workmate. Agree with whoever above said the oressing needs to improve and go together as when they got it right it paid off. Good first half from Sima, good out ball and worked hard. Died a death in the second half though. Raskin and Cifuntes were poor I thought. Good substitions.

What a player Barry Ferguson was for a few years under Advocaat when his first instinct was to look up, drive forward or pick a forward pass. Became too much like any other Scottish centre mid with too much emphasis on safety first , keep possession with too many low risk, low reward passes as he aged.

None of them have done anything of note in a Rangers Jersey, or much else in anyone else's jerseys. Mulholland's time had long since passed.

The same fannies no doubt that made their minds up over Tav and Goldson and refused to accept the clear evidence that they're wrong for years. I'm not saying he's great and could deffo be a flop, but he's no worse than any other new boys. But Danilo and Cifuntes have been annointed as the favourites and Dessres as the punch bag.
