For me its not about his record... its tge way his team plays for him, o'halloran was a diff animal under him He knows decent players in this league who are better than ours ie Shinnie (sheep) lb > wallace Patterson (hearts )rb> tav Lindsay cb (thistle) > any of ours Vincent (dundee) cm> any of ours Mcginn (hibs) cm> any of ours Walker (hearts) rw > waghorn (not a winger to start with imo) Boyce (ross county) cf > garner Cummings (hibs) > garner And i left out guys like ali crawford at hamilton, cris cadden at motherwell craig wighton at dundee utd, danny swanson at stjohnson.... Its embarrasing to look at our squad n say guys like this are BETTER

This is my worry, We need a full rebuild, and with no money, no real sellable assets left behind by MW, if we get say 7m to invest in our squad (i doubt it will be as much if im honest) we need to sign 5/6 players of top standard with that, Yeah it can be done, but only if uv a global scouting network and find a cracking up and coming player in scandinavia ect... we dont have that, We dont even have a scout! Whoever comes in to fix us has a hell of a job and no help from the board, FDB is clearly the best option due to his reputation and global reach, ie he might know a few wee dutch proddies looking to make a name for themselfs, Any other manager and i honestly beleive we hand them 10 in a row

Taking cup out of it, (only because im looking at the league) they seem to be playing better under cathro and his style is starting to show with them, there 2 cf (johnsson and goncalves) are both vetter than garner or waghorn, theyve decent cm and tidy creative wingers... they seem to be a better unit than us at the moment
