too early but i'm quite happy with him. way better than warburton or pedro. i think we can consider ourselves lucky...usually when a club goes without a manager and brings in the u20's coach you'd expect shit to hit the fan and for the board to be in a rush to get a new manager in but with murty we're doing better. despite all this we're still able to get into 2nd place and being 11 points behind that lot of kid diddlers. if we didn't drop points to the likes of Dundee, Hamilton, Kilmarnock, or St Johnstone then we could be sitting with 55 points right now.
i don't think the gap between us + the soap dodgers is as big as some might like to make it out to be. i genuinely believe we could be sitting 1st right now if we didn't lose to these lower teams. i don't know if we'd win the league but we'd be giving that mhob a right good chasing. i think if murty impresses for the rest of the season we should definitely consider giving him the job for next season. let him bring more players in during the summer and give him a full season and i think we could easily win #55.
