Yea i just install it every couple of weeks do a full scan then remove it as i have other programmes running,Avast and Comodo.

I've found it to be great,especially for a freebie.

What anti virus are you using?

You could try to get a new anti virus if you are getting these problems and it is not removing them but it is possible you are getting false positive created by spyware.

I would use

Search and destroy
