Stu1993 101 Posted May 24, 2010 Share Posted May 24, 2010 How do you do the thing with the shoulders mate?after your done you apply image and then do it again on a new layer, and on the bottom one go to layer brush and then splatter im sure. and then on the top on earse the parts you want the effect on.should only use it for around the shoulder and arms mostly.
