I found it strange that Frankie was for banning him yet no other mod/admin seemed to feel the same. I know he was previously banned from Gersnet.

and I believe he's been banned from FF at least 3 times.

I dont know but it takes more than one mod to ban some one, i think they have to agree

i think that's sensible.

its half the problem with ff any trumpet with mod access can run round banning anyone they disagree with.

Sorry lads, but can someone explain to me why most of us believe that we could have £8M-£12M to spend on players for this coming season, when in this circular it quite clearly states that we will have £5M? Im sorry, but if thats the case, its simply doesnt seem enough

It's £5m net, so to have £8m we'd need to sell £3m worth of player. Although it doesn't say so in the circular, Whyte has suggested the £20m for the following 4 years could be front-loaded. No guarantees about either of those things, of course.

I have to admit, that worries me slightly, especially givem that several of todays papers are sayin ally has £12M to splash out on players.

I'll say this though, where we are now cant possably be any worse than where we could have been.

Sorry, i'll correct myself, it doesnt say £12M for players, its £12M for the club.

It still worries me. Given the overhaul the squad could, no, will require, £5M isnt much. You could go as far as to say that its almost exactly what last seasons budget was, although i appreciate the wage will appears to increasing.

The first bolded part I've never seen mentioned and the second part I have only seen with 'maybe some of' in front of it.

He's making £5m of new funds available to finance the playing personnel this season. We don't have the bank debt to swallow up anything we take in any more. If we sell Bougherra for £3m, McGregor for £5m, for example, what do you think would happen to that money?

I would love to know what would happen to that money but up to this point there has been no mention of it, nevermind being given to the manager for transfers.

I'd imagine Ally would get to spend a good portion of any money brought in through sales, the squad is already small enough never mind trying fill another gap left by somebody going.

It has only said Whyte has agreed to pump in 5 million for players but what happens with the other money we bring in that in the last few years has went to wards the debt surly he can also get some of that to spend.

Though maybe we should be keeping most of the profits brought in stick it with the other 5 million in the bank until we get the tax verdict
