Dado'sMulls 2,625
Had to get rid of him to finance the Jelavic bid according to Walter.Liked the guy, loved him for the tackle on Keane, but easy punt him any day of the week for Sir Nikica! whitey126 42
Looks like we got shot of him just at the right time.
BlueSuedeSambas 53,881
Looks like we got shot of him just at the right time.A few of the better posters on here said part of the reason we got rid of him was because of doubts about his long term fitness. Gazzalivesforever 1,987
Feel sorry for the boy. He's had no luck at all. On his game he was exceptional in midfield for us.
Irwin Sparkes 97
His injury-prone-ness is exaggerated because of all the injuries he's had at MiddlesbroughHe barely missed a match through injury in 2.5 of his 3.5 years here
GF John 169
His injury-prone-ness is exaggerated because of all the injuries he's had at MiddlesbroughHe barely missed a match through injury in 2.5 of his 3.5 years hereIt's possible to become injury prone. He missed a good chunk of his last year with us through injury, now he's gone to Middlesbrough and spent most of his time there in the physio room. It's possible that he's just been really unlucky, but it's more likely that he's now injury prone and that he'll spend the rest of his career doing a Heargreaves. Jimfanciesthedude 24,607
he's a fucking chocolate fireguardand people complained that 2million was shocking business from rangers, imagine we had him instead of selling him and he had they injuries, another player away on a bosman
kaiser1041 9,088
Selling was great business for us. But im gutted for him cracking player and tackles were outstanding. Never forget his cheeser just before the edu goal when the copeland was bouncing
The Gas Man 190
One of my favourite bears over the last 10 years too, hope he recovers well and soon. He must've cracked a mirror whilst watching a black cat cross his path on it's way to a single magpie as he walked under a ladder
