GeneralCartmanLee 313 Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 The blue knights bid is more bluster than substance but people expect us to blindly get behind them as they have individuals in the press and on mb's spoon feeding us there prospectus.We have made enough mistakes recently and shouldn't be distracted by days like yesterday where Paul Murray was clearing feeding the bbc and Stv there lines only to see every story instantly rubbished.This is not the way to win over people, it is the wy to piss them off. Also spreading stories that the Paul murray bid is the only bid that won't liquidate the club is dangerous and unhelpful. Not everyone can see by this stuff and will blindly accept it, that's why Paul Murray and certain individuals in our support are using this time to lie and confuse the fans.The day is here now though Paul lets hope you can back up all the shite you , and others on your behalf, have been talking in recent weeks. Gibby10 10 Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 I think we've got to be thankful that we still dont have the result of the big tax case yet we have 4/5 major investors possibly bidding for the club. Now if any of them make a public statement and intent not to liquidate then a week later go back on their word they will be hung oot tae dry . Hardly saviour behaviour. I think potential buyers have seen the strength of Rangers support in the last few weeks and realised there's something to work with. No matter who wins there will be a share issue. Get folk at the darkest time of the clubs history. If you did some basic maths and based it on 100k fans spending £500. You've got 50 mill straight away. Your more or less guranteed a full house every home game by fans knowing that they need to get out of the pubs and start watching games from the stands, buy merchandise, show up for friendlies. Over 40k for a Friday night game !!! ................. we're no where near a Leeds or Fiorentina and that's why we have the interest in our club. May the best bid (for Rangers Fans & Club) win !
