Another video to keep the day going...

What a night this one was. The weather was rank, but the place was just buzzing - such a mixture of emotions. A step closer to the title, but more importantly, the end of one of the greatest era's in our history - the Walter Smith years.

The man just embodies class and dignity. Telling the interviewer to leave it til he's off the pitch was just everything you'd expect of him. A great lap of honour for one of the greatest managers of all time, and I doubt there'll be a better in my lifetime.

The man. The legend. The Gaffer.

Sir Walter Smith.

He's everything that a Rangers manager must be, should be and has been. He is an absolute great, up there with the best Rangers managers of the past 140 years. Ibrox will uphold his memory fondly as time moves on reluctantly without him, and no Bear will ever forget the victories and triumphs he has accomplished for this great instituion. Rangers Football Club owes some of its greatest successes to Walter Smith, and Walter himself too owes many of his to the Club.

50 years from now, his legend will still burn brightly from within the historic red brick facade of Edmiston Drive.
