The system is near completion and will be rolled out as soon as it is ready. The Board feels the CRM system will further the RST cause and bring members closer together. Moreover, the system will let members take charge of their own membership details.The Board also plans to roll out a ‘Policy Paper’ in the coming days where we will commit to objectives for 2013. The aim of the Policy Paper is to show, in a simplified fashion, the strategy for the coming year. John Brown will be on hand to show guests the feeds.It'll not be the first time MD's been to the Plaza.Having said that, will it actually be on at the Crowne Plaza or will they switch to the Hilton at the last minute ?Paul Murray was due to be guest of honour, but when they wouldn't pay his taxi fare, he dropped out.
