LegendofCoop 17,361
Was just browsing through RFCYouths page there and came across the profiles of Thomas Madigage & Augustine Makalakalane http://rfcyouths.wor...th-development/ & I thought I'd check out & see what became of these two.Was saddened to hear that Thomas Madigage died in a car smash last year! http://espnfc.com/ne...-crash?cc=5739# I remember seeing this guy as the No2 for South Africa a few times, but never dawned that it could be the same guy!On checking the article, his career seems to be the same as the Thomas Madigage who had a trial with us in '89! Just wonder if anyone can confirm it is the same person!

uk49er 52
I remember being at Kilbowie for that game. One of the South Africans picked up the ball in centre circle and next thing I knew he hit a shot. Heading back in to Glasgow on train I wondered if these two had actually much experience of professional football.

LegendofCoop 17,361
I remember being at Kilbowie for that game. One of the South Africans picked up the ball in centre circle and next thing I knew he hit a shot. Heading back in to Glasgow on train I wondered if these two had actually much experience of professional football.I actually bumped into him (literally) at Ibrox. Was up getting tickets one day & walked past the main entrance, just as he was coming out. Still remember he had a wooly jumper on on a roasting hot day! Got him to sign my Rangers News & asked him if he'd signed. I think he was quite shy & not used to any attention. Just said "nothing certain yet" and smiled as he walked off. I actually felt sorry for him as he looked like he didn't have a clue what to do with himself or where he was going!Steve baggio fulton?Precisely!!Pretty sure it's the same player. I think so too! Shame for the guy. Never even heard of it happening!I wonder if Cribari survived the accident?Oooooft. Harsh mate.....harsh!
